Trx definitely better place to spend the money, exact truck like this is at my local dealership. 66k msrp truck plus 26k in upfits for around 14k in work. So “92k msrp” but they were asking $81k, for a Big Horn truck with halogen headlights, no heated or cooled seats, factory door panels and still looked like lower end truck except for seats. I could see 65k max for this truck. They use the base pro comp 6” lift which is 3200 installed, 9800 for lift 22” wheels 37” tires and painted fender flares. Definitely not a smart buy because when you go to sell or trade it you will lose your ass.

I own a 2022 Ram black widow, and it cost waaaay less than a TRX. I paid $92,000, but with a 20k rebate and plus I did get a good trade in deal. I ended up paying $65k plus I will get my money out of this if I do decide to ever trade it in. That was the first question I asked when buying it. The TRX cost $120k. So ya…..an additional 30k for hp that #1 you’ll never use, and #2 everyone I know that owns a TRX doesn’t take theirs off road either!! Too much money!! They are just really well made trucks that are gorgeous. And I have to say, the ride quality is outstanding!!! That is why I decided on the Black widow instead of the TRX.

I thought these conversions were done after they were delivered to the dealer. I remember seeing the original sticker on a black widow at a local dealer and the price was for a regular big horn along with typical package offerings.

No they are done at the custom shop facility then delivered to dealer. When you buy one new the window sticker reflects the base truck + the options it was built with, plus the custom lift accessories etc.

Anytime I see a black widow package on any truck, I already know that person is an absolute FOOL that got clowned by a dealership. You can buy a Laramie and do all these upgrades for $15k less and not have those hideous fender flares and dumb spiders all over your truck. They literally put on $5k-6k of the cheapest shit they can find and charge you $25k. $85k for a BIG HORN half ton lmaoooo

For the life of me I can't understand why they keep using the Halogen headlights. Bighorn can come with the LED's Specially on these "custom trucks" they are so ugly and so dim. I'll take a TRX no question.

this is a "CITY for looks only" truck. aftermarket lighting is low low quality. after a few months any screws holding aftermarket lighting was fully rusted and some rusted out even. Any off Roading will rip the cheap wires that are not even sleeved right off the bottom of this truck - LIKE IT DID MINE. No step into the bed?? are you kidding me! My wife and kids cannot even get in the back of the truck. If you're not a 6 foot tall or taller in shape guy you're not getting in the back of this truck for over $90,000 there should 100% be a step to get in this truck or some type of system to get in this truck. The aftermarket interior lighting could be the cheapest thing I've ever seen. It's literally a two dollar light. The wires are not sleeved or run in a manner that they are out of the way and you will literally kick the wires when you're getting in and out of the truck as your foot comes off the break or from that area. The lights in the wheel wells, have a two dollar push button on off switch inside the truck that doesn't even go off when you shut the truck off. They should be integrated into these system of the truck and on an accessory switch. Not to mention my light switch broke. The quality of shocks are low to mid range shocks on this truck, so don't let Fox fool you. Do yourself a favor and get a raptor or TRX. I bought this truck without test, driving it or even looking at it. It was delivered to my house.

COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! All they did was put a Lift, Tires, wheels, Wrap the cloth seats with leather and put stickers and badges in it and charge $30,000!!!! And if you do the math it is barely 10k in upgrades! And they put it on a BIGHORN , that doesn’t have anything compared to a Laramie. No Panoramic Sunroof, no leather wrapped entire interior including even the dashboard, wheel and even the doors. No upgraded stereo system and safety package, remote tail gate, etc etc etc. This guy talks about the warranties from Ram,I got my Ram 1500 Laramie Crew 4x4 Sport and added FUEL Podium 20” wheels, 35” Nitto Recon Grappler A/T Tires, 3” lift and suspension upgrades with Bilstein 6112 Coil Ovlers in front and 5100 in the rear, complete new front with Westin Pro Mod bumper and Skid Plate with Led Light Bar and 4 cube lights, plus Westin Running board to Match , tinted windows, Roll N lock Tonneau cover with cargo mgmt, and Rhino Liner in the bed. ALL FOR $12,000 and it was done at 4WP and everything is warrantied from 3 years to life even the tires! So to sum it up they put Lipstick on a Pig (Bighorn ), and jack the price to $90,000. And by the way NO DEALERS can sell these for the reason I listed above so they are rotting in the lots since 2022, every dealership I go to there is at least 4 leftovers they can’t move . I told the dealer to take the hit and sell them for $70,000 or wait for some sucker WANNABE In midlife crisis with money to burn comes in and buys it. And to the narrator in the Video here says that if anyone is going to pay $90,000 they will buy a TRX. Anyone that falls for the bullshit from the dealer with their fake selling points like warranty, less downtime etc is just a fool, not too mention they better get Gap insurance cause that truck window sticker says $60,000 on the window and Bighorn which is what you will get if stolen or broken or totaled. It’s crazy because when I try to tease my truck in with all the custom upgrades the dealer says to me “ I’m sorry but we can only go by what the sticker says and I can’t give you anything for your upgrades” I then laughed in their face and said ok then I will pay you $60,000 for the Bighorn because it goes both ways 😂… He couldn’t say anything, and and I then said give me a call at the end of the year whe the trucks are now 2 years old rotting on the lot and walked out 😂 Only a FOOL would buy this!!
