I have a promaster 2500/2024. I don't like the brakes, when you are driving and braking for the first time the pedal goes to the bottom, you have to pump, something that an emergency of hundredths of a second is mediocre, since you have to pump to achieve optimal braking, I was a few days after releasing this van and they only limited themselves to telling me that the brakes are like that. If I die or have an accident caused by the brakes, I swear I will sue rigorously. Don't buy or let yourself be pressured, try the vehicle and say what you don't think.

Im 5’5”.. when i sit in the driver seat i can hardly see under the visor.. terrible seats and terrible steering wheel adjustments

Do they feel underpowered at all? I'm looking at those and I feel like the engine is weak for an 85k van. What things do you like about it? Genuinely asking as it's a potential candidate for me.

It’s a diesel so you have to let boost build a lot longer and depending on load you can use momentum isn’t fast by any means but hauls nicely my 2.0 diesel get 21-22 mpg highway no problems as of now

Far more comfortable than the Ford. Only issue I had was the driver side mirror blocked by the window pillar. Seems to have been somehwat fixed for 2024

Haha that's the tale across all the makes, chevy, ford, etc., cargo vans are always thousands more than their fullsize counterparts, with half the towing and a fraction of the interior tech (they're just starting to get screens, the chevy express's still don't, they have head units from the 1990s lmao, half the time they don't come with bluetooth). They start at mid 40k barebones and the second you add anything they shoot up to 50k minimum. Too much tech is bad of course, but you're paying luxury prices for something that hasn't changed in 20 years because car companies know people buy cargo vans because we have to. You buy em EXCLUSIVELY because you have a solid business that its for, that you can't get a pick up for, and that you know you'll get your money back with.
