17 years severe PSSD. Hell on earth. My Life IS completely destroyed. I got nerve damage from the so called antidepressants. Waiting for treatments... Crime against humanity!!

Try niacin the flush form and absent from porn, at least in my case it worked and i am as before sexually , thought the mental problems persisted after 20 years fighting this.

Thank you Benjamin and Marc! I have almost all the symptoms you are describing, even the loss of sleepiness. 2,5 years after stopping the medication I still suffer from severe emotional numbness and loss of sexuality. It gives me hope though that Benjamins emotions came back after 5-6 years! I am wondering if Benjamin could feel sadness and anxiety in the beginning of everything? Does anyone know that? Or maybe Benjamin reads the comments himself and could reply. I would really apreciate hearing more about your recovery of your emotions!

Yes, I did feel sadness and dread in the beginning, but it was almost a new kind of intellectual emotion. I have recovered some of my emotions but they are still largely absent unless they reach 10/10 critical mass. I've also trained myself to show emotions intentionally, even if I don't feel them, which has in turn become a new form of emotion within me!

Guys you have no idea how these videos are important, they're changing the game... They didn't exist even couple of years back, doctors are watching them... And by doctors I mean authorities... Guys anyone making a video is contributing like crazy, IT HAS CRAZY IMPACT. Let's do it ALL OF US.

My pssd symptoms got better over time and especially after doing exercise.

I have I believe PSSD, and it's just so hard to exercise, though I do it. This is from a guy who used to bench press 350 pounds and squat 500.

I made the same mistake, although I was dumb. I believe I have PSSD, but I thought it was depression so I tried 2 other SSRIs. Fuck that crap. Horrible withdrawals, shit medication, fuck that shit. Wish I never took it, but obviously wish I didn't try 2 more. These drugs literally give you depression.

My fiancée left me because he was suffering from pssd, doctors made him crazy, he was having paroxitine for 4 years and anafranil and cipralex with prazipam for anxiety. We were in hell 💔

I got pssd from paxil , i can temperoraly cure it with taking a recreational dose of stimulants (adderal/speed/dexamphetamine . I combine it with ghb (gamma hydroxy butyrate ) the first time i took a line of speed was the first time my sexual sensation came back. My pssd started when i forgot to take the paxil for 2 days , i noticed a libido inhibition coming off but ejaculated in 10 seconds (with mastrubation) this was very bothersome and decided to go back on them . After that only a weird combination of numbness and still a form of PE stayed permanently after completely coming off of them . I am now more then ten years further and i would not say i have it as bad as you but my sexuality never fking returned to pre ssri . Now if i take amphetamine sometimes i go into whats called "stim fap" territory . Its like opening pandora's box. its a known phenomen people using meth and shit . I am just not entirely sure if i rlly have pssd at this point since i get the same reaction from stimulants (compulsive edging for hours which is part of the high) as people that never used ssri medication . But on the other hand artificially inducing high dopamine levels with the aid of speed has been the only temperoral solution im giving pre ssri sensetivity . And i never in my life experienced sexual dysfunction up untill the second time going on and off paxil . For me the best way to explain how it feels is like being in a permanent state of alrdy having ejeculated 2 or 3 times 😮 do i suffer from real pssd ? I hope someone could shed some light , i am willing to pay money . New studies indicate that pssd has severity levels and even if you can orgasm and feel something if its just all so reduced it can still be fking pssd 😮

For all those that are concern for the sexual sides after many years i have my libido back as before, the only thing that persist after pfs is no morning wood. I arouse with stimuli or when i am with a women but morning wood is something rare to happen , i bet some hormones during sleep not work as before
