Inov-8 X Talon 255 Review

Inov8 roclite 275/325 (boots - goretex) are great and now have graphine but are narrower (size 3 or c) than the 225s (size 4 or d) which are great on all surfaces but won't last on tarmac probably. The lugs are smaller on the roclite (4mm/8mm). If you have wide feet or are used to wide (4 or 5 or d/e/e2) toe box shoes (Inov8 260/270, Altra, topo, barefoot even hoka) swapping to a narrow box can cause injury and/or discomfort. Rule - if they are tight they're not right. you can find the width (mm) of different sizes (most are 3) on line and measure across your foot where it creases with weight on it to get the correct size (with socks) oh and Ben mate.....With Gorilla glue/shoe goo even super glue you can look after yer shoe(s) better for the earth and gripping on the turf - nice review

I bought some of these, same model, and had my first run in them today. The shoes fit me perfectly (size 10.5 US) and feel great. I love the spikes, I can feel them hook into the terrain. I can see what you mean about being meant for wet conditions. My plan is to use them for winter running shoes here. I think they will make good paragliding hike & fly shoes as well. I'm was very impressed with the fit and ride on my first (11km) run today.

Hello 😁 I am still using mine. I took the laces out and use them a slippers now 😂 I have some long hikes planned in the new year and I will be buying a fresh pair because the are so comfy. The Graphine grip on the Rocklite shoe is pretty amazing though. You paraglide?? That is my goal. I would love to fly 😁

Yeah top products for UK fells. These particular shoes are best on the fells going wild but they have a good selection of trail shoes too
