He didn't have anything handed to him he's so use to having to care about those little details being hands on with every part of his properties vs property owners who are never there. I've seen property where no one has ever even seen the owner. The owner doesn't know anything about the property except for what people tell them.

As a hotel manager and now in senior living management. All I can say you need to systemize your crew. You should be able to leave for a week and have the place look the same when you come back. The only way to do that is with systems and structure of the staff. Ben is right, set up daily meetings. Those daily meetings should still happen even if you are not there.

I worked in maintenance ben need to listen to his right hand man it takes a large crew to handle a big property like this especially if you want it clean everyday thats two shift’s per day and trust me its even worse in the summer and holiday season and dont get me started on the interior because it gets to a point where this type of stuff is an art cleaning and maintenance looks simple but trust me theres a whole lot that goes into it that people dont know or realize its not enough to pick up a mop and broom its more to it than that
