Just subscribed! Been watching for 2 years and thought I was already. I'm 54 and worked in machine shops most of my life. 2020 got laid off and went to HVAC school. worked my way through the ranks and now am commercial only. I work for the biggest commercial HVAC company in the country. Took me a while but I made it. Also I live in Houston Texas where summer is 9 months out of the year and the money is good. I do a little over 100 hours of overtime a month between April and Oct. I am also a jack of all trades when it comes to construction too. Any thing. Framing, sheetrock, roofing, electrical etc. I can do my own renovations. We don't work much During Dec. thru Feb so those are the months I could be fixing up a place. I'm ready to jump in and find some fixer uppers to buy and either sell or rent. I've been watching you for a while And I think starting small I should rent just to show the banks I have an asset but also cash flow. Cash flow pays bills on time right? I'm 54 so late to the game but I'm ready to get the hustle on. There's that saying the beginning to the end. I think like know the end to the beginning and achieve that. Thanks for what you do and sharing your knowledge. I love your style, Fix this fix that, today! get it right or fuck off. Time is money. Thanks again ! you have inspired me. I know there are ups and downs. I have had plenty of downs but never let it bother me and always came back up. Looking forward to this venture. Again, thanks..

playing the violin while Ben was complaining was hilarious. Props to the editor lol. Vinson you should probably just get some rattle cans and spray paint the patio furniture. That stuff ain't coming out. Honestly since I was a kid the hurricanes come every year during "hurricane season" which is basically august through october, and every year they do a ton of damage and tear everything up, and EVERY YEAR people keep rebuilding the same crappy shacks out of plywood. Honestly sick of it. The amount of money spent in repairing damage every year could be invested in proofing the state and not having these problems. I think I have an idea for a company to hurricane proof all these things. I bet I could get state subsidy too. For instance brand new pool equipment should not be rusting and shorting out. They need to bring in fuel barges instead of trucks too, to the coastal areas. Houses should not be built like square cabins, you need thick concrete ROUNDED structures that can completely seal the lower levels to block out all water.

Bleach doesn't kill mold roots Bleach is only effective at wiping away surface mold spores, and it doesn't kill the mold roots that are growing underneath porous surfaces.

It's Ms. Evelyn Vera doing, she's changed my life.

I started pretty low, though, $5000 thereabouts. The return came massive. Joey is in school doing well, telling me of new friends he's meeting in school. Thank you Ms. Evelyn Vera, you're a miracle.

Fear and uncertainty create major wealth. It's those who take the risk and have strong gut to endure the bloody days. When i notice extreme dips i tend to actually move more money to crypto

How has Netflix or Amazon prime not offered Ben a tv show yet? Multi millionaire, billion bucks worth or property, funny as bell, family is involved, would make a great show.

I want to thank the Lord Jesus Christ for hearing and answering my prayers, thank You, Lord! May the Holy Spirit continue to guide us in sharing Your unconditional love. On another note, trusting the process really does bring great rewards. Working with Melissa Jonas Richard has positively impacted my financial journey, and her advice has helped me grow. If you’re considering a change, don’t hesitate and stay disciplined it could be just the opportunity you’ve been looking for!

Oh my goodness, I’m so happy to hear that! Melissa is amazing. I was skeptical at first, but her approach to investments is next level. I started small, but now my portfolio is way better than I ever imagined. She’s really professional and has been verified by major agencies like the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Honestly, I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t experienced it myself.

Same here! I heard about her from a colleague at work, and I’m from the UK, by the way. Melissa is incredibly skilled, and what I love is that she’s honest and transparent. It’s not some quick schemes you see everywhere, she really educates you along the way. I’m seeing consistent returns every month. I’m so grateful!

I started working with her six months ago, and now I’ve seen a 60% return on my investments. The FINRA has also confirmed her credentials.

G’day from Sydney! I can’t thank Melissa enough, she has such a good grasp of the markets and knows exactly when to move. I was drowning in debt, but now I’m living comfortably and my portfolio’s been doing really well over the past year thanks to her advice. She’s got a proven strategy, and it’s backed by multiple agencies like Forbes , the International Blockchain Association, Wall Street Financial Insights and even ASIC has also endorsed her expertise. The woman is verified!
