This is a confirmation from God! This is literally how I started looking for clients. I had a lil doubt, but this video let me know I'm in bbn the right track. Thanks a million Ben. You're the real one!

This is as easy as it gets, this is the simplest form of finding clients to start your agency, later on there are expensive tools you can buy that can find you company names, emails, points of contact etc, but for now these can get you a handful of clients easily. Have done it myself, this is how I started my agency.

Take it, and run with it hahahah. This is how I started my agency, I thought this should be a video, I think this can help a lot of people and that's the aim here, so utilize these tips and you'll smash the client game.

Thank you 🙏🏽 I have been having a hard time getting more clients and this video is life!!!! It will be almost 30 days and I’ve only had one client and honestly it’s not a good one more so practice for me.
@BenNader5 жыл бұрын
Practice makes better, and getting better is better than being perfect. The goal is just to continue getting better, you'll hit the stride, learn lessons along the way and keep tuned to the channel as I'll be giving some solid advice. Great job getting the one client though. Use the methods in this video and you can probably triple your client getting results! If you put the 5 ways all into action!

Hi Ben. I think you should do a video on how to manage all your leads (eg. potential clients, leads and clients) and how to categorise them.
@BenNader5 жыл бұрын
This is a good idea, have been meaning to run a video on ATS systems and their capabilities and uses for a while now, need to get some trials setup and be able to share on screen and show how people can organize. Ultimately thought to be honest, it usually comes down to personal style and preference, some people like using expensive bells and whistles with reminders and notation areas and file attachments, some people are happy listing their candidates in a database excel spreadsheet they pull from. I can reference this in a video soon
@louiscorp5 жыл бұрын
@@BenNader The reason for this is I have been having trouble with managing them. Do I put them all in the ATS system or only potential clients that have replied? Or do I put ALL of the people I have contacted even the one who haven't replied? This is so confusing
@BenNader5 жыл бұрын
Great question and all of these things are confusing when you start out, its like learning to ride a bike. No big deal, it happens fast. The answer to your question is YES, you want to keep ALL of the people you talk to in a database, you never know when you'll have a need for a certain person and you'll want to have their contact/bio in order to pluck them from their job to place them somewhere else! So absolutely collect everyone's details.

Hi. I just subscribed since seeing your channel last night. I just started a talent agency, providing independent contractors (brand ambassadors) for tradeshows, expos, conferences, festivals, sports events, special events, etc. How would you get companies that owns booths to go with you in providing their booth promotional models? Right now, I only have liquor client where I provide promo staff for their tastings at liquor stores, grocery store liquor departments, and bars.
@BenNader5 жыл бұрын
I'd say create a large network, utilize Facebook, put your name out there, it really isn't who you know, it's who knows you. If I were you I would harness craigslist if it's for promo models etc.

This might seem like a silly question but.... If you are supposed to send out massive cold emails daily 500-1000; if the position has 20K potential clients on indeed how do you organize all that data? do I add info from indeed into my crm pce by pce? Seems like that might be extremely time consuming wanted to know the best way to put together... Thanks

Ben Nader, How do you feel about a cold visit ?
@BenNader5 жыл бұрын
No, don't do it. 1. No need, 2. It's not the norm in today's recruiting space 3. It's weird and old school. I'd never do it. Furthermore I'd never do it cold. If you emailed someone saying can I stop by to connect with the hiring manager and it's agreed upon, then sure, but otherwise, NO.
