I hope that Benny will be considered one of the greats in the future, he possesses groove that not many other drummers do. In my opinion comparable to the VERY best today. Weckl, Gadd, you name it. Yes, they are different, but the quality they all produce is on the same level in my opinion.

To me, though, he IS already the very best. I have listened to Weckl, Gadd, Harrison, Portnoy, Mienemann, etc. since I am 8-9 years old. I'm 23 now, and I can tell you that no one masters so many styles and techniques as this man. Remember, it's my opinion.

his kit always sounds amazing, the snare and kick especially on this one. Benny is probably my number 1 favorite drummers, I love all drummers good or bad but benny is benny and he's a great teacher too, I understand his videos a bit more than others

This is a song from benny s new album,ı can persistently suggest every drummer to listen his album.He is not drowning in solos,he is playing so modest,ıt s just like an explanation of playing drums melodiclly and dynamicly and mean time showing the role of a drummer in music.I m not saying solo is not important but sometimes just one simple move can show the quality of a musician.

i second Groovistt (well said bro). this is what drumming is about--playing ALONG with the other instruments, not OVER them. (although benny created the backing trax of that song himself and played every instrument/sound you hear). incredible groooove. great dynamics. flawless technique. and did i say his groove is incredible? =p

He uses Promark Incendiary Grebs, gives a 4* fire attack and +5 technique skill. Only works when played with a brass section. Also enhances the user's woodland resistance to a max of +8.
