His hitting is extremely impressive. A lefty, his size, ripping line drives the opposite way & then pulling the ball in his 3rd at-bat! His talent, combined with his Father constantly working with him & both of them loving the game, is gonna get Lumpy far, if he continues to love it & stay at it. He’s gonna be hitting NUKES by the time he gets to High School.. 💣🧨🔥☄️💪⚾️

Lumpy is doing fine. For his age he's not expected to paint corners and strike everybody out, his goal should be just not to walk the whole neighborhood. His defense should make the plays. Tell him he's doing awesome at pitching.

Wow.. I used to watch Lumpy’s vids all the time. For some reason, they haven’t showed up on my recommended in over a year. I’m glad I saw this vid! I’m assuming Lumpy has to be about 6-7 yrs old now. He was impressive as a 5 yr old, playing with the older kids, but this video alone, shows how good Lumpy can really become when he gets older.. At such a young age, for a lefty hitter to be able to go with the pitch & rip opposite field line drive base hits for someone his size is incredible! & it’s not like he’s hitting it that way because he’s late on it, it’s just great hitting. You also see him pull the ball in his 3rd at bat. Love it! These kids look pretty good for their age. They all swing hard & make the plays in the field, for the most part. I remember when I was 6-7 years old, there was always that one kid on the team that wouldn’t take the bat off of his shoulder for the entire season 😂.. Could never understand it. I’ve played ball my whole life, since I was 4 yrs old. I was very short & skinny growing up. Contact hitter, always led off. I very rarely struck out, a lot of bunts and walks, but 90% of my contact were ground balls & line drives in the infield. Didn’t start putting balls into the outfield consistently until I was about 10 yrs old lol.. That’s one of the reasons I think Lumpy has the potential to be so good as he grows up. He loves the game, has a Father who loves the game & works with him constantly & he has the talent. Kid rips.. By the time he gets to High School, he’s gonna be torching the ball! Btw.. He’s prob really upset about how the game ended with him on the mound, but it means nothing! He played great! He obviously won’t understand now, but he’ll look back at these moments one day & realize he was on the path to great things! My parents said I wouldn’t talk to anyone for the rest of the day after my team lost 😂
