There are 3 types of tram in Antwerp: -PCC -Siemens MGT6-1 "HermeLijn" -Bombardier Flexity 2

These trams don't seem to have a tram bell, at least I didn't hear them. In Amsterdam this noise is everywhere. Everywhere you go you hear "Ding!" when trams stops at a tram stop. It's a very old fashioned sound from a mechanical bell.

The first tram is a Bombardier Flexity 2 from around 2016, the second one is a PCC from the 70's and the third one is a Siemens Hermelijn, built in the early 2000's

The Bombardier and Siemens trams have the same VF drive. Very weird

@@benolifts No, the Lille tram has what's called a Adtranz GTO VVVF. You can also hear the same VF drive on Toronto's Bombardier T1 trains, on some Taipei metro trains and on a New-York subway train prototype called the R110A made by Kawasaki in 1993
