Great review! I especially liked that it was geared more towards how it would behave with Mac devices. I've studied quite a few reasonably priced 4K monitors to use on my music studio desk, not as my main monitor, and this one kept beating out other similar ones in its size category (27-28"). I also liked very much that it had a remote for controlling a lot of the monitor's options, including its small built-in speakers - just for watching some KZbin vids, or TV news, that audio quality would be fine. My only concern is I have not found anyone talking about whether it will work well with the M1 based Ipad Pros, first one being the 2021 model. Just a suggestion going forward - you might want to address that in another video, or in this video description. At this point I think I am just going to buy the EW2880U and hope for the best - I will post back here if this monitor does work fine with my M1 iPad Pro. Lots of people are starting to use the Ipad Pro as their main computer rig - and then there are folks like me who are just using it for their music setup. Thanks!

@@shubhidimri I did buy this BenQ monitor and I like it VERY much. The clarity displayed by my 2021 iPad Pro is fantastic. (I also put it on an arm so I can move it anywhere I want :-) A few weeks ago I learned that the next Ipad OS hopefully coming out soon - version 16 - was going to have a more 'desktop' like means of displaying multiple app windows, resizing them, etc, esp for external monitors. (You can check that out with YT vids.) Then the public beta dropped a couple weeks ago, and so far it seems to work pretty good. This way I can make my music DAW software and other apps full screen. It is kind of a pain that you have to keep your Ipad display on for it to work, but you can have different apps on the external monitor & iPad, and flip them back and forth. In the past all you would get was a mirror display of what was on your iPad. Hope this helps somebody! P.S. The TV picture I get through a new Roku device is pretty fantastic - I bought the "Roku Streaming Stick 4K+ (2021) Streaming Device 4K/HDR/Dolby Vision with Roku Voice Remote Pro". Wanted to add that the Roku works great with my KZbin TV account.

@@shubhidimri Great! I had a lot of confidence in the BenQ brand, it had quite a high rep back in the day - I even love the little strip of brown at the bottom of the monitor, looks good with the similar color wood on my music desk :-)

With native 4k resolution i cannot see contents clearly as it's too tiny. I had to downscale to look like 1440p. Do you experience any issues blurry texts with your monitor with 1440p resolution

The power adapter is built into the monitor body itself, only a cable goes from the monitor to the power outlet.

It’s a good companion for the Air! Do not worry about 4K pushing the CPU as that’s only applicable if you’re doing things such as 4K rendering or 4K gaming. Any general tasks will do you fine.
