I like that there is less B roll tbh, just information and personal experience.

I decided to get straight to the facts! (although when possible, a little sexy b-roll is always nice)

I've been hunting for a new monitor with the burn in setting in on my monitor, great review. Hard to find a display that is great for gaming AND art without out sooo much research. Thanks for this!

Man I just spent the past two days looking for the monitor that checks all my boxes. I think this is it. I’ve had my old BenQ for 10 years and I’ll still use it as a vertical side monitor after getting this new one. I trust the quality longevity of this brand and this video reinforces that for me. Thanks a lot for the factual and experience based information. Direct and to the point. Cheers

You say it doesn't support power delivery, but the BenQ website says it supports 65W power delivery over USB-C. You also say it has excellent speakers, but the EX321UX doesn't have built-in speakers? What monitor are you reviewing here?

Straightforward and very nicely edited. Everything feels very well balanced in this review. It is simply really well thought-out. Great review, Adam!

My dilemma is going with the Benq ma320u for the Mac or can I use the Being EX321UX for gaming and the Mac. This EX321UX would be the better outcome if it supported M-mode. and synchronize controls between Mac keyboard and monitor. Also the Mac app to control the colour setting...
@CDAProstАй бұрын
According to BenQ website and resellers there is only Headphone Jack in this monitor, no speaker. You tested the EX321UX or the EX3210U? EX321UX is miniled, EX3210U is not but has speakers.
@Waterprince20Ай бұрын
Yeah there is something definitely wrong here😂😂😂 cause the stand atleast looks like it's of EX321UX but if it has built in speakers, it's definitely not EX321UX. As you said the higher probability is that it's probably EX3210U but it's display is not even Mini LED 😂🤦♂️ he has fucked up somewhere no doubt about it. Perhaps he has no mind of his own and is reading from a sheet of paper as to know what he is supposed to say about this monitor without even actually testing it🤷♂️

I have this monitor and I have a one cable setup via USB-C. It charges my MacBook Pro and I can output from said MacBook Pro to the display. No issues.

What's your experience with BI+? Is it good?
@TheITNerdАй бұрын
@@tomasbohunek9698 To be honest, I don't use it. I parked this monitor into Display HDR mode which disables BI+ and have used it that way ever since. I did that because I do a lot of photo editing so that mode matches (more or less) the colour space of my MacBook Pro.
@tomasbohunek9698Ай бұрын
@@TheITNerd Thanks! It's already valuable to know that BI+ doesn't work when HDR, which sux. :(

Damn, this is exactly what I was looking for when I upgrade my monitor but it's just a few inches too big. I didn't know they made my perfect monitor XD

I actually asked if they had a 27” to match the size of my Apple studio display - I believe it only comes in 32”
@friendlyneighborhoodartist3 ай бұрын
@@AdamDuffArt damn, that's disappointing. My desk is a side table, so it's 4x2 lol
@tomasbohunek9698Ай бұрын
Too big? Put it further away (on a spring arm). It will look the same size and your eyestrain will reduce. Monitor should be at least 1 meter away from eyes and only a few actually get to have that. It's why I'm swapping from 27" to 32" and I've been waiting for this one become available in my country for months!
@kevintackett32233 ай бұрын
From the look at the specs, it should support a one-cable solution for Macbooks or laptops since it has 90w power delivery with DP alt mode. I use this setup on my Macbook with my Samsung G8 OLED.

How did you find the BI+ experience? Was it smooth or did you notice the transitions? Was it sensitive to short-term brightness changes in the room? Thanks!

You're 100% correct about refresh rates. I've tested dozens of different monitors and the difference between 144hz to 480hz is greatly exaggerated.
@tomasbohunek9698Ай бұрын
Eyes may not notice 480Hz, but the trick with them is the game engine that works internally faster, allowing you to perform muscle-memory and pre-trained moves (ones that are not reactive to what you see) faster.
