I switched to the 48" C1 2 months ago from a MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD 27" 165Hz IPS gaming monitor. I had used the MSI monitor since I jumped into PC gaming a year ago but I was never completely satisfied with the smaller screen. I was used to console gaming on a 65" 4k HDR TV albeit only 60Hz. Now my PC gaming experience is the same as console gaming but without having to choose between fidelity mode vs experience mode. Having said that, I moved both my PS5 and Switch dock from the TV room to my desk so now all my gaming is in one location on an amazing TV/monitor.

Well, it's a TV. There are plenty of TV mounts that support 300x200. Also a wall or floor-standing TV mount is < $100 and would be a good idea as you can move the desk further from the TV in case you feel 42" is too close.

I was torn between this and the Alienware 34" OLED for a while, ended up snagging the AW for £750 after some coupons so seemed like a no brainer and wouldn't consider the 42" LG OLED worth twice the amount from one of them if you get lucky with discount codes

Unrelated but are you editing your eyes to be bigger? Or is that just your glasses acting like a magnifying glass? It definitely looks edited and while I can't speak for anyone else it definitely is throwing me off quite a lot.

LMAO I was thinking the same. Only 2 sticks of ram, nothing special case, even if that was a ddr5 kit, a $600 mobo, a 12900k, and elgato screen capture card, I don't see how it could be any more than $4500 all together.
