I recently got the pleasure and privilege of meeting the Simmering family. They operate a lemonade, kettle corn, pop corn, mini donut, hot dog and shaved ice business. Business is so good... Dale just left his Federal job and is going full-time with the family.

When you have multiple items that you sell like this gentleman is there just one POS? We do lemonade shake UPS and we wanna add a food and the snow cones for next year and I was thinking it would get too crowded at check out just to have one place to take everybody's money? Great informative video as always Ben! I took his ( and almost every other vendor 's advice ) and started getting all my ducks in a row to the point that I am ready to start but I am finding it very difficult to land an event. Is there a specific government agency that will have a list of all the events happening in the state? I am assuming every event needs to be approved by somebody in the government! Am I wrong on that? I am in Florida.
