I wish I had started earlier. I'm starting at 60 and its overwhelming. Wrapping is out of the question right now. I bought a small shuttle bus. I have a design but will have to scale it back. Doing it all solo is tougher than I thought. The school of KZbin is my instructor so thanks for being one of my teachers. I was hoping to begin the end of the 2023 season but I'm limited to how slow I am 🙂 Hope you're still doing well.

I've been playing around with some ideas in my head. This video helped to bring alot of my other ideas together. I wanted to figure out a way to combine central and/or ghost kitchens with foot trucks, farmers markets an other temporary/moving food sales. All you need is a steam table in a truck or at an event, and a van that can transport electric warming catering carts, and maybe on a truck if you have the power you could add a reach in food warmer to keep things warm a little longer and even cook some things in it.

Someone with a contract with several food truck vendors could operate out of a ghost kitchen and every morning make up huge batches of foods and put them in hotel pans and then put those into a rolling warmer cart that can be put on a truck or van to be delivered to those vendors where ever they set up that day.

C’mon man 60 it’s not too old , I am 62 , I’ve been working very hard all my life , I own a small cleaning business but because of the economy I am not making what I should , it’s time to regroup and think out of the box . I bought a 16 feet food trailer that’s needs repair , but selling cold products like this or Ice cream you don’t need special permits .

Where I’m from we call snow cones shave ice. We also love to put ice cream on the bottom of the shave ice for a creamy texture. And condensed milk drizzled on top 😋
