@HarpersCarDetailing3 жыл бұрын
Thanks David 👍🏼 Carpets lines are really straight forward. It depends what matts you have, but they need to has a pile, as some mats won’t do it such as some Mercedes mats. The best way I have found is to clean and mat and whilst it’s still slightly damp run a brush one way down the mat then do the same but up the mat, like you’re mowing the lawn ha

Nick could i use Bilt Hamber Korrosol on both my paintwork and wheels to remove grim. Or would you suggest a citric degreaser. I don't have access to a pressure washer, having to rely on a garden hose. Just wanted something to remove the grim from my paintwork and wheels before a contact wash.
@HarpersCarDetailing3 жыл бұрын
It won’t remove grime, as it specifically remover ferrous material I.e. brake dust. Citrus degreaser will remove grime and Korrosol will remove embedded iron contaminants 👍🏼

Hi @HarpersCarDetailing. Great video and great results as always ;) I've been to see a 2019 Continental GT with minor swirling. Would you say Bentley paint is hard, or do you feel it would respond to Koch Chemie F6 with the matching fine foam pad? I've not worked on a Bentley before, and curious the level of improvement I could expect without cutting. Thanks!
@HarpersCarDetailing Жыл бұрын
Hi Alan, newer models and considerably softer, so F6 should hopefully remove and finish down quite well. I use lake country orange (polishing pad) and either Sonax Perfext Finish or Cartec 9000 as a single stage 👍🏼

Hi Nick. When applying an iron remover do you usually spray it on the whole car or only on the lower sections (eg. lower than the windows line)?
@HarpersCarDetailing2 жыл бұрын
Hi Mattia, Usually start with the lower sections and back as that’s where the majority collects. You can either see or feel the paint to determine where else needs spraying. I’ll spray the bonnet and the roof as well 👍🏼
