Hi! I stopped taking seriphos after taking it for five years. I failed to see the notice that it shouldn’t be taken long term. Insomnia is my main symptom and l feel terrible today. The dr. got me on trazadone but it’s not working. I guess it takes awhile ( a few weeks) so…. I tried ambien andd it works but l felt that it was too strong, too addictive. Do l feel trapped.

I’m in the same boat, trazodone doesn’t work and I’ve been on it for months, ambien is too scary for me too and too addictive, insomnia is my main symptom too😞 hope you can find something that works
