Hi Erin! I started out tapering using the cut and hold method. Then when I got down to .25 mg, I did the water titration method. It took so much research to learn how to do it, I think it’s horrible how we have to do this without medical help. I still can’t get over this PA who told my sister she could get off of 1.5 mg Xanax in two weeks (after 11 years of being on it)! I think the channel you were mentioning is called Benzo Brains, she helped me a lot. I’m doing a liquid compound taper from Ativan for about 2 months.I never knew you could have withdrawals symptoms from a taper.My doctor never informed me.

You need to redo your video on how much you actually came off of abruptly in the rehab because I still do not understand how much you came off of you said you were on like 3 mg of Klonopin and shit like so many times a day that did not make sense. Because if you were on so many milligrams of Klonopin, that would be several milligrams of volume and you said you came off of 3 mg of Valium if I remember

1 mg of Klonopin I tapered that down. Once I got down the doctor changed me to Valium, which at this point I was 4 mg I continue tapering until I got to 2 mg and then went into the rehab where I stopped taking the 2 mg of valium
