Awesome gun! I crawled about 150 yards in a muddy cut corn field after some sandhill cranes, gun was covered in mud and full of water. Still killed the cranes!

just got mine last week, at Cabelas it comes in a regular "Beretta" factory cardboard box and it comes with 3 chokes: IC, M, F. VERY happy with it, pattern was brilliant at 40 and 50 yds. 3" Kent Fasteel magnums felt like your standard AA trap load. A+++++

Step 1. Lock the bolt back. Step 2. Unscrew the forearm cap and remove the forearm and barrel. Step 3. Release the bolt and allow it to slide forward slowly. Step 4. Remove the charging handle by pulling it out forcefully Step 5. Turn the gun upside down and allow the piston, bolt, and bolt carrier to slide out of the receiver. Step 6. Use a hammer and punch to punch out the trigger group retaining pin. Step 7. Remove the trigger group by pulling it down and forward out of the receiver.

Step 1. Remove the forearm and barrel. Step 2. Unscrew the magazine cap by pressing in the retaining pin and turning the cap to the left. Be careful as the cap is under a lot of pressure from the magazine spring. Step 3. Remove the plug from the cap by breaking the lock washer holding it in place. I used a Flathead screwdriver and needlenose plier. Step 4. Replace the magazine cap by depressing the retaining pin such that you may screw the cap back into place. Step 5. Reassemble the firearm.

I own the camo version he is showing and it is a great gun. However i hate when companies cheap out on features like the molded in sling stud on the butt stock & then call it a sling system like it is better than what other companies are offering. Just call it like is, (we had to cut corners because times are tough.) And since when is $800 a price that anyone can afford for an entry level shotgun? I like the gun but they need to cut the bullshit.

That is the MSRP. Street price is about $650. It is an entry level Beretta semi auto shotgun, and for the money you get a lot of gun. They're very well made and reliable. $800 is really not that much for a shotgun, considering how far up in price they go. Anyone with a decent job can afford an A300.

I purchases the A300 it fires well. However, the instruction manual leaves much to be desired (specially for cleaning the weapon). The major drawback for this shotgun has a terrible manual and very little support - what I found is no support at all from Beretta for this shotgun model.
