Is it just me, or shouldn't you run the steering shaft underneath the driver's side motor mount?

I assumed that would be the best way to go before I mocked everything up, but the mounting holes and pressure lines don't work with the oil pan. Camaros also run the steering shaft almost straight up like that

Yeah, that's how the Camaro pan and Camaro rack were matched from the factory. I'll make it work
