can i add that kildare will never go anyway if they dwell on stuff like this, still hear about it from kildare fans and even players, its in the past and 2013 is whats important, I'd be more worried about the amount of wides kildare hit, watch any game from last year including games kildare won, they hit a lot of impossible shots from great distances, Kildare have a lot to offer but there is a missing link between the half forwards and the full forward line where all the scoring really happens

probably wasn't a free, but the ref's decision is final. Kildare hit enough wides to lose the game anyway. O'Gara shouldnt have been carded, and had he stayed, things would be different, things happen in a game but ultimately if you are gonna win, you should get the job done throughout the match not depend on good or bad decisions

Just to clear a few things up here I am from Dublin and very proud at what we have achieved as a football team! sure it might have been a soft free but the ref seen something to give one. Bernard Brogan did not dive, and the absolute cheek of anyone here to say Dublin get freebies off the Ref's.. well you people have never been to watch Dublin enough over the yeas to see some of the worst decisions that have went against us. try and get this into your heads the good people from the rest of the 31 County's only 26 make it onto the panel and only 15 can play, so you can have all the money and bla bla blah. you still have to go out and win the fucking thing, OK so we have won it 3 times in the last 5 years and now all of a sudden we are getting home advantage, too much money and worst of all slur's against us is that the fucking Ref's are all for us. like if people honestly believe that then I really do hope Dublin whack the rest of the teams out there and put up cricket scores on them. any other team in this Country can do what Dublin are doing.. its a fucking simple game outscore the other team and fucking play harder and better then them.. try it sometime you might win the Sam McGuire! if you do I will be the first to say well done fair play to ya you deserved it. The LEINSTER COUNCIL make the decision on whether Dublin play outside the county or not - NOT Dublin. Where to start???? - I'll reply to your points in order 1) Dublin were underachieving big time 1996-2010 but there are big differences between that period and now. Compare what Dublin have won in Hurling and Football since 2005 (when the egregious level of funding started) in all age groups and what they won in the 15-20 years before 2005, it is staggering 2) OK I agree there are more sports in Dublin explain then why Dublin receive €274 per player in funding while big urban areas such as Cork receives €16 Galway €15 per player. Do you think that is fair? 3) 4 League Finals all of which were played at home.
