is Jen using Seracor in the loopers also? or Poly Wooly?

Jen used seracor in all needles and looper when making this project, but you can choose whether you'd like to use a textured thread in the looper--it is always a nice option for a construction of garments.

Jen doesn't mention which coverstitch she's going to use? 16,21,22,23, or 24?

She used stitch #1 (4-thread overlock) to construct and stitch #22 (wide coverstitch) for the hem.
