This song always did make me think of a sunken shipwreck. The melancholic, eerie vibe coupled with the fact that this was played on a guitar submerged in water always brought to mind a tragedy at sea. Perhaps the last moments of the sailors reflecting on their lives before they drowned. Or maybe a rediscovery of the wreck and the diver starts picturing the men lost at sea as he examines the remains of the wreck. Truly a powerful piece with a story to tell

My only complaint is that this piece is too short, the hurt and longing it brings is so pure, so raw, its been played on repeat, over and over and i dont want it to end even though it brings some memories that have been buried for over 20 years, memories of a love lost too soon, thank you so much, the emotions this music evokes are conflicting but incredibly cleansing 🤍

If this piece were to be described in words it would be like this: a beautiful enchanting recollection and reminiscing of the past moments together with someone you cherish deeply, intermingled with a melancholic, pleading for the future without that person not to come, transitioning into a feeling of accepting the inevitable fate of the relationship and the knowing that, though it's one of the most painful farewells of all time, boldly accepting it was all worth it and despite the pain, the lasting memories and act of moving on and forward resulted in something far more beautiful than could have ever come out of the relationship itself, and ultimately embodies the experience of life and transcendence as humans in an everchanging world and existence
