Berry cheesecake made in five minutes and incredibly delicious!

Quick sponge cake, very tasty!
Super juicy and tasty thanks to the berries and the cheese topping.
Recipe:
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
80g/2.9oz sugar
vanilla extract
100ml/3.4fl.oz milk
100ml/3.4fl.oz neutral cooking oil
200g/7.1oz flour
1 pack of baking powder
200g/7oz cream cheese
35g/1.25oz sugar
1 egg
100g/3.5oz raspberries (more or other berries as desired)
powdered sugar
Bake:
180 degrees/350F top/bottom heat
Baking mold: 26cm/10inch

Gestern habe ich diesen Kuchen gebacken, tiefgekühlte Blaubeeren habe ich verwendet und was soll ich sagen, er hat uns richtig gut geschmeckt. Ich habe natürlich länger als 5 Minuten benötigt, aber die Zeit war es definitiv wert. Herzliche Dank für das Rezept und das Video ❤
