It’s a random encounter unfortunately, which is what is stated. I’ve been working on a video and have already put about 20 hrs in trying to go over some of these locations. Here are some additional locations for the ingredients - Starlight Berries : Black Mountain Ordnance Works (around the perimeter of the ruins) Just north of the Whitespring Lookout tower is a wooden trap door which is used for the Foundation mission, enter it and surrounding the central building are about 8 plants. Firecracker Berries : On the slopes North and Northwest of Arktos Pharma are about 15+ plants (go at night and you'll spot them easier). Brain Fungus : The Whitespring Service Entrance, there's about 10 Brain Fungus surrounding the dumpsters nearby. Carrot Flowers : At the Palace of the Winding Path, at the front entrance near the water there about 20 plants.

GL I normally get about 40-100 starlight berries are the deciding factor. Don’t forget to reset ur world! Have fun grinding!!!🥰🥰🥰
