What I love about this edit is really getting a look at Casca's dreamscape and how she really does consider Guts as someone who deeply loves her, and still fights relentlessly to make sure that the love he still has is safe. No matter the cost.

@@bunglers117 yeah. Berserk has too much good chapters yet many are unappreciated. Many only consider the GA, Conviction arc. Fantasia and Falcon of Millenium arc are underrated. If only BERSERK gets a good adaptation, then after seeing the whole may people see to its beauty.

I loved Casca's dreamscape. She knew Guts worked to protect her, even in that mental state where she feared him and her broken mind depicted him as an ominous shadowy figure always lurking in the background. It's one of my favorite parts of the manga as well.

When I think about it, that very last chapter was the worst possible cliffhanger "ending" but also a very beautiful one at the same time, it's very strange. It's up to us to fill the void now, it's up to us to imagine how this reunion between Guts and Griffith at Elfheim would have turned out right at the very next chapter but I'm so glad that Miura had enough time to at least bring Casca back after so many years.

I can only imagine the horrors of Skull Knight's eclipse The entire band of the hawk was slaughtered with Griffith's, but if we are to believe Skull knight was King Gaiseric and that his entire kingdom was destroyed by the "Angels" then it must of been thousands of Apostles in a nationwide feast especially with how vast the his flashback looks and how many apostles are implied to be there

miyura did want to give the series a bittersweet ending. somehow this works. casca and guts can Repair their trauma on the last safe place on earth. Griffith got his kingdom and United Demonkind and Humankind at the cost of plunging most the world into fantastical horror. and They finally find out that the moonlight boy and Griffith are one. perhaps creating the first and only benevolent godhand member. the idea of evils Creation of a savior but who's trapped in a state of Neverending true sense of self

alternate ending with what we have now Guts does not forgive Griffith but now that Caska is back with him, he decides to give up pursuing Griffith and retire with Caska in Elfheim. Caska slowly heals her mental trauma of the Eclipse and can finally meet Guts face to face Griffith is finally satisfied with his own Kingdom of Falconia, and decides to rule just that and be a good king. Finds a way to separate himself from the Moonlight Boy so he can stay in Falconia permanently. Moonlight boy goes to join Guts and Caska separately
