I’ve been waiting for this review! My purple hades came in about two weeks ago and I noticed that nobody has reviewed it and nobody has put pics of him on ig. These are no longer in the category of 'action figure'. We are now in the era of articulated sculptures. Of the released figures in just the past twelve months, we've seen works that belong in museums. I could definitely see an exhibit full of 1/12th dioramas featuring Berserker, Xesray, Vtoys, Axytoys, Mythic Legions and so many other awesome companies out there. Hell. If I was in charge of my own museum, I'd hire Ninja and D Amazing to set up displays.

Got my Hades (Purple and blue) chilling with my Zeus and Lady Death from Loose collector for now. Looks awesome together. I really hope they do more Gods. And Medusa and others in that area of myths. Same with me with his Shoulder armor on his let side. Pops off crazy easy. But I have him posed and displayed and all good!

Fantastic posing, as usual. I got both of them and am quite satisfied with them. Same issue with the armor popping off but, for me it's only on the gold version and it's the big right shoulder armor. Tried a tiny bit of sticky tack but, it made very little difference (and tried to mesh with the cape so, I don't recommend that).

Fun fact about Hades, people tend to forget he was the god of wealth in addition to being god of the underworld, so you could argue the gold armor is entirely appropriate to his character.

👏😎 great unboxing and figure review 👍 I have the Shadow (blue) version of this figure and it's pretty solid. There's also another version coming out from a different company in red and black that looks incredible. I'm debating getting the golden armor version, but swapping the headsculpt and turning it into Zeus, as I think that he would look better in gold than Hades does. Hopefully we will get to see more of your dioramas 👏😎👍

Just bought the Hades Dark seems you're the very first one to review this figure and been waiting for this one. You should check out Kong Studio latest Dragonball non-canon figures like SSJ5 Evil Goku ect both Kong and Demonical Fit have vastly improved.

I know that it’s well executed but art direction wise it’s just not for me. The face is incredibly important to me and yeah yeah I know I could easily head swap but I don’t kit bash and the issue here with this figure is it just doesn’t look like hades I want it’s like a 14 year olds minds eye of what hades would look like. It almost looks very cheesy that being said it’s hard to put a dollar value to a figure that’s made by an independent toy maker. But it’s got soft goods and a lot of accessories the articulation is premium enough I suppose it’s fair to be almost 80 bucks out the door. For me …. If I had a choice between this and like a 75 dollar storm collectibles I would take a storm collectibles figure any day but then if we are going to be honest with ourselves I would take this over that super adaptoid by marvel legends any day
