@@comedyenforcement You weren’t kidding. The clip of Dana White cornering Bert at the end and making him admit he doesn’t know much about gambling is just…. It’s so cringe. You can tell Dana White is just sick of this guy talking, so he finally digs a little bit to make him uncomfortable. Dana White seems like he would hate being around a guy like Bert, and even Tom for that matter. I wonder if he did this interview like as a favor to Joe Rogan. Because otherwise they seem like they have nothing in common. Good commentary- happy to see your channel growing.

Trust me man, as a former alcoholic, nothing or nobody will make you put down that drink, until you hit your own rock bottom. He's possessed, until he comes into pure self love, he won't change. And it takes a good amount of time to rewire your brain from alcohol

@brandon8997 Congrats, brother, over 5 years sober here man, and you are 100 percent correct. The only thing I'll say is like most people Burt is surrounded by enablers and his #1 enabler spot would be a competition between Tom and his Wife. If Bert was a broke nobody he would be in a gutter.

I used to not care for Dana White thinking he was an ass for dragging President Trump in to the Bud Light BS but the more I watch him he’s very admirable. The man is disciplined, incredibly disciplined. Even the way he speaks and carry’s himself is very impressive. Needless to say I’ve changed my mind about him.

Yeah, I listened to this while at work yesterday, and when I started it, I didn’t know if it was a solo ep, or if they’d both be interviewing him. Once Dana made the comment about Bert being half in the bag at noon, I winced, and contemplated skipping ahead to the next podcast I had dl’d. My bro-in-law was an alcoholic, he only made it to 42yrs old before it ended his life. It was tough to watch that behavior at family gatherings, since it almost always got awkward. I had that same feeling as I listened to it, and it bothered me that he sabotaged what could’ve been a fun interview had Bert not been drunk. Kinda surprised Tom even allowed this episode to air, but then I remembered that he made the horrible decision to start a vodka brand with his supposed best friend, who is actively shortening his life from being an alcoholic.
