Hi Ms. Berta! I didn't have any of the white balsamic, but had all the other ingredients on hand. Needed to use the avocado so your video was perfect timing! This is absolutely delicious with all the added veggies! This afternoon, we've been enjoying your guacamole with the different varieties of the brown rice snaps we ordered! Yum! Sounds yummy👍🏻😊Sometimes... If I don't have avocado's... I will use thawed frozen peas whizzed in a food processor.... Add fave veggies (and/or fresh jalapenos) and some lemon juice.. Garlic powder and salt... YUM!

@@bertajay Oddly enough, I’m in the US at the moment. We started in SanFrancisco, seeing old friends, then driving across the country and stopping to see friends here and there. We’ll arrive at my brother’s house in Philly tomorrow and stay for some days before finishing up in the NYC area. And then we take the QE2 home, which will take 7 days. It’s been a great trip so far. 😄 And seriously, who could ever forget you? 💐☀️✨

My secret ingredient for guacamole is canned peas smashed. You can not see or taste. Stretches your avocado and adds fiber.
