Ladel (pronounced lay del) that's the spoon. I love that you found a healthy non-stick pan. Thank you so much for sharing your experience and benefits of eating buckwheat. I had buckwheat today - but as a porridge. I now will put green buckwheat on my grocery list. Thanks.

Excellent recipe. I make buckwheat bread, (100% buckwheat flour), but these roti/tortillas look a lot more versatile and interesting. Oh, and your English is better than a lot of native English speakers here in the SE US. You are the type of immigrants we really need here in the US. Thanks.

Oh my God! This is what I do the last 8 years.. I thought I was the only one who is eating every day buckwheat "bread". 😊 I am a gluten+corn free, oil free vegan.🧡 I make many versions of it. You can also make it thicker, it doesn't stick cause of the jelly it has.. Mix it (in the blender) with garlic and oregano! It's very nice. It goes well with sweet flavors too. 😋
@missdiamond46924 жыл бұрын
Have you used already cooked buckwheat to prepare them? I have some already cooked and want to try it.
@Xrystali4 жыл бұрын
@@missdiamond4692 No, it only works with raw buckwheat.. You need to soak it first and then blend. I think already cooked buckwheat is dry, doesn't have this jelly.. :)
