Oct 2023. Thanks for this excellent video. Perfect with each area. Great memories seen for me as I did it in 1966 on a Li 150 in the U.K. It took me 3 weekends of stress waiting for parts & keeping patient with every move plus not very good at the end. As the video shows its quite complex for a newcomer as I was back then. Thanks, much enjoyed.

@@berukera I had driven the scooter till 1992. Initially the Jet in Carburettor was 78 which I slowly replaced to 72 myself ; n achieved the mileage upto 35 - 38 kms./litre.

that Gear selector looks pretty beat up! I liked the clutch spring retaining plate and the snazzy chain tensioner! I used ti work at the old WCLW.

Cool work stand. Very nice video. Just dropped the engine out of a 1964 125. Not looking forward to all the special tools, but I suppose that's part of it. This ain't jolly old England or whatever they say in Italy/India/Germany since that's where all the parts/tools come from.

Great Video but that engine had been taken apart so many times that the layshaft did not need drifting from the rear bearing. It would be good of all lambretta engines dismantled so easily.

yeah normally we just pull the magneto housing out, but this one already stuck and hard to pull it out

actually there are 2 types of cranks commonly use. this one is a smaller and its tend to break on highpower engine. so i use the fatter one, its brand new

hi, thanks for your concern. already lube the cylinder surface. i just dont want to overlube to avoid oil melt on the silicone gasket
