My left eye is blind and l'm going to have an eye but I don't know shall I completely removed it or just some contents of it. How can I know before seeing a doctor?

Hi The doctor will decide what surgical steps are appropriate. Just because an eye is blind isnt nessesaryly reason to remove it. We can manufacture an Ocular Prosthesis to suit your needs thereafter.

How much time a person can wear it continuously?

Normally we would advise that if the prosthesis is fitted over a blinded eye, that it be removed every night so the eye can have a chance to breathe. If the eye has been surgically removed, we would suggest that the prosthesis is removed once a day for normal hygiene /washing and then replaced. We do have some patients that wear it continuously for a year at a time and only remove it when they come in for their annual polish /maintenance.

My left eye is blind and i had eye muscle surgery to correct the alignment. My eye shrunk a bit after a surgery. I want artificial eye but my eye is not as small as hers. Is it possible to have one? I dont want my eye to get removed.

That is not how to works. They are custom and you need to see an ocularist and they take mold of your eye
