I have made this twice for breakfast already. This is such a great protein filled alternative to eggs. I have also found that if these are made and stored in the fridge, it tastes even better reheated the next day.

A little oil won’t kill you, particularly oil that’s high in poly and monounsaturated fats as opposed to saturated fat.

Besan should always go with ajwain just to avoid any stomach disturbances. Oil could be used less,I agree. We can make those changes while cooking in our kitchen .
