Besigye beats heavy security deployment to sneak out of his home

There was drama at Dr. Kizza Besigye’s home in Kasangati when one of his workers confronted police who have been deployed outside his perimeter fence. This came as police learnt that the former presidential candidate whose movement they were tasked to restrict, had sneaked out of his house. Police also foiled attempts by FDC MP Ibrahim Semujju Nganda to hold convene a pre-Independence day rally in Bweyogerere in Kira municipality. Semujju who was confined to his home in Kirinya, told NTV that the FDC will hold its rallies.
