A shame he only used the budget rig, would have loved to see him try out rFactor. His complaint about not being able to feel the tyre grip in the wheel wouldn't have been a thing on the pro rigs. And the HE pedals sure would have made consistent braking a whole lot easier. Even on my lowly t300 I can feel understeer and brake lockup.

If Mr. Tsuchiya Keiichi says racing games and driving sims are a valid way to learn and improve your racing driver skills, then no one can argue with the idea anymore.

Cool video. Interesting to see the viewpoint of a pro racer giving a game/sim a try. Get her to the track for real. It would make a great follow-up video.

Rig needs a shifter, maybe then DK would feel more at home when playing
I hope DK gets to have a meeting with Kaz so Kaz can get his input for the next installment.

I'm impressed how proffesional racing simulators still uses rFactor as their main physics engine since even being from 2005 its still a pretty solid sim to experience what real life simulation is

You can see in real life driving it’s way more involving as he said there is no accountability for the g forces and characteristics of the car he wasn’t even using the clutch pedal truely an amazing driver one of the best of all time.Long live Keiichi Tsuchiya aka Drift King 👑 hero to many drivers as I love cars especially when everything can be shut off. I feel a lot more confident at my car choices and technique now that I've heard from Tsuchian-san that it really can have good translation into IRL skill, and I totally understand his points. Also, Chocoblanka is adorable.
Ma quindi a chi dobbiamo credere su quale gomme siano le più realistiche da usare te o DK? 🤔🤔😂

Dear people at Best MOTORing, First of all, very cool idea you guys had for the video, seeing Tsuchyia learning the physics of the game was pretty cool to see. Sadly there were no english subtitles, would have loved to hear what he had to say. Please reconsider adding them for future videos, (some videos do come with subtitles, why not all the time?)

The legend at his best :) very glad to him try simulator
This was pretty interesting. But If Tsuchiya didn't get blocked by that random car AND if real cars don't have tire and brake wear... the real car would have been faster. Still, for the lap times to be so similar to the real time... the game's probably doing something right.
can he doing something like takumi do? xD loves the pro racer doing great with games thats even they are need some improvement skills while playing at same time big thumbs up for the DK and the girl programer (she is cute too)
