You'd be surprised at the difference it makes! From your hand size, to style of riding you're doing whether it be motorcross or off road, grips can make or break a day of riding. Expecially if you experience arm pump like me

@@reesy22 Improving your own abilities as a rider far exceeds any bolt-on mods you can add to your bike. The best way to do that? RIDE. So go fill up your fuel tank and go hit the track/trails. I've personally raced with and against numerous guys with tweaked bars, torn up grips, etc. that go out and smoke everyone. The racers that refine their techniques and have mountains of determination but a clapped out bike beat the "fancy new bike"/"best looking gear" guys 99% of the time. Bottom line: "Bolt-on" modifications will not make you a better rider and should only be viewed as enhancements to a rider's already developed skills.

Suspension first, engine work and reeds/jetting/exhaust combo , front over sized rotor kit with stainless steel brake lines . those are my top 3 mods. Followed by beefier rims, over sized pegs , better handlebars, levers, and gripper seat.

My favorite mod was on my 2003 KX125 it is the and it was a steering damper it helped me out on the trails when it reduced arm pump !

I bought an '08 RM125 a while back and the best thing I have ever done is take it in for a general service on the suspension - front and back. It turned the bike from a bucking bronco into a smooth ride. Didn't really break the bank either.

First thing I do when a new bike comes home is set all the levers where I like them. Actual mods I have to have are nice wide pegs I always sharpen the teeth up with a triangle file. I’m really picky about my grips I like dual compound full waffles I don’t pump up as fast with them don’t know why. Also a big fan of steel braided lines and oversized front rotors. They all get some protection right away too a skid plate goes on everything I own and rotor guards if they are available and barkbuster for anything that’s not a track only build

I think Renthal should put the name twice on the bar pad. One facing forwards and one facing the rider...and NOT upside down facing the rider. I've bought Renthal bars before and changed the pad. It's weird I know but I never understood that. Great video as always. I love this channel.

I'm asking because I bought a new clutch lever for my Honda XR400 but even at max adjustment, the clutch slips. I think the lever is to big (the space between the adjuster and the lever itself is too wide) for the cable. Is that possible? And is there a way around it other than buying a new lever?

Suspension Smaller sprocket size 1-2 up front Lighter flywheel Removing both catalysators on exhaust keep stock exhaust. Ac cdi box with ignition coil. Cheap as fuck mods and u can feel the diffrence!
