10:20 I know exactly what happened. He wrote 01 knowing that they look at the back of the slip, but didn't know that it was flipped horizontal not vertical. If it was vertical, the "01" would have been "10". However. being flipped horizontal, it was still just "01". Then the server kinda flamed him LMAO

in japan they like richer broths especially for meat based e.g pork it has a lot of fat content so usually the noodles are the highlight and the soup is for flavour but they do put a pot of effort into the soup

Hey Aden long time lurker, first time posting on a video. As someone that suffers from anxiety I’d find it incredibly difficult to travel to these places so I just want to say thank you for giving me the experience of going to Japan and eating the food over there. I know I can’t taste the food through the video but I thoroughly enjoy the experience you provide and this is probably the closest I’ll get to actually travelling to Japan

Love this, thanks for posting. Osaka is a culinary dream. I enjoyed my trip years ago eating (and drinking) my way through the city. This post captured the spirit well. Ichiran is one of my favorite all time Ramen experiences. Drunk, very late at night, and for far less yen then its taste and value, sitting in that single seat cubbyhole eating ramen was 20 minutes of heaven.

Ik its old, but im still gonna answer. This texture comes with the soy sauce marinate with sugar, which makes whites stiff and the yellow stuff jello-transparent. Its really nice, u should try it.

In Poland, the city of Sopot I paid for Ramen soup, instead of pork, they give beef sirloin and raw mushrooms 1140 yen. We Poles love Japanese cuisine and I think that someone should come to Poland from Japan and open a real Japanese restaurant. Thank you to the cinematographer for a great film :)

Although Ippudo and Ichiran are excellent and Ichiran is arguably the best hakata style ramen in Japan, those two are chains and can be found in any major city. Just my thoughts... The topic of the video is the top TripAdvisor though. Amazing there was no line at Ichiran. Cheers and kanpai. Al

A few observations: Japan proves automated ordering works, US McDonald's workers want $15 an hour for what a machine does for free Japan uses vending machines from the 80s and still proves it works... Ippudo and Ichiran are both legendary
