@@johnniebkidThat tank costs you around 80 bucks right now. Oil changes are around the same and tires rotations with transmission services. You really enjoy all that nonsense and extra cost? Also my extended range lightning is 325 miles a charge and does 0-60 in 3.9 seconds.

@@johnniebkid The best a truck of 2022 F150 gets is 22 combined mpg per the fuel economy sites, and you have a 22-26 gallon tank on your truck which means MAX mileage possible is 572 miles. So assuming a FULL tank on a lightning (meaning fully charged, MY ER gets 320 MPG at 100 percent) Battery capcity is 98 KWH (energy costs .11 per KWH for me (without my solar). TOTAL cost for 1 tank for me is 10.78. It takes 1.78 of my fill ups to equal one of yours making it 19.19 total to fill my truck enough times to equal one of your fill ups, which is 26 gallons at 3.59 current average (93.34). This makes a GRAND difference of 74 dollars per 572 miles (1 of your tanks). Now If you want to assume charging AWAY from home use .49 cent per kwh for the calculation. 85 dollars compared to your 93.34 (VERY CLOSE) Now let me ask you. that 572 miles range you get on your 2022......IT DOESNT HAVE 542 HORSES! 😛 All joking aside I did all this math to show you seriously they are about the same (IF you charge away from home, which is stupid to do) but even if you don't we drive the lightning because of the power of an electric vehicle and the smooth ride. THIS THING DRIVES LIKE A DREAM
