Another great way to prevent injury is to make sure your hamstrings are loose and supple. Check out Brad's technique on how to release tight hamstrings here kzbin.info/www/bejne/oV7Zn2RvatCSZ68

I've been following Bob and Brad for so long, and it's really sad to see Bob's slow deterioration, but great to see he is not giving up. And Brad is being real supportive in each episode. Maintaining his friends dignity.

You two are true heros, I swear. Sharing all this great information and techniques to the public for free is a real service to your fellow man. I discovered you guys about 6 weeks ago and have improved my back, feet, hips and neck and have honestly had a boost in quality of life and learned so much about my body..... My maby thanks to you two and everyone involved in the channel! P.s. love the dry clever humour and back and forth!

The Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift at 4:30 is wrong. It won't hurt anyone, but it's not working the hamstrings effectively. The biggest problem is the hips should remain level, rather than rotate open. Try pointing your toes towards the stationary foot to correct this. It can also help to do a standard RDL and just lift a single leg to feel what it's like to have level hips

If you do the single leg rdl’s make sure your leg that goes up does not rotate out. Keep it straight or rotate it inwards.

I can’t do the ball exercise and barely the on-back-legs-out exercise. I tore my hamstring/glute tie-in a few years ago and the doc basically said get over it. It cramps up a lot and sometimes even hurts to sit (especially on the toilet seat) when the seat is hard or presses right near the crease. I went from being a Boston marathoner to walking a mile in 30 minutes 😢. I need good advice to strengthen and just be comfortable sitting and walking.

Hey guys... is the bending over bad for the lower back compression?
@nwbackcountry53272 жыл бұрын
My problem is my hamstrings are way too strong and tight. They pull my hip backwards causing my lower back to lose its natural curve towards the stomach. And this causes lower back pain. I'm sure you have a loosen your hamstrings video some where, i just need to find it.
