the big thing here is that william, is someone u get from daily special chest, and is one of the few field commanders in the top 4 of each troop type that is there outside of nebu. That u just can get from the invest in daily. I see it as a mid/low spender choise to go for the daily special to make more vieable marches for combat for people who havent played the game for years and have all maxed.

for my line up i got exp boudicca zl,nebu ysg ,skippy 5541 and mehmed 5552, and saladin 5552 with aeth i would want to upgrade my cav march to nevksy joan i have 700 ghs and nevsky is 5211 and joan is 1121 should i invest in tye cav march or wait a bit

Your the best... ive been watching what I can and investing in the commanders you say are good early game and ftp....doing way better..I have started paying cash but I make sure I get the bang for the buck and line it up with multiple events.....I will be a true member later on rn working on game...and I think people get diff commandors and sculptures with what civilization they choose there is prob another factor in there thou but regardless keep up good work bro I tell everyone about your channel...

I would not suggest maxing boudica for f2p or low spenders unless you also have art to run with her. I have used YSG and zhuge with boudica over the last 2 kvks the first kvk boudica was 5551 the second she was maxed and it really made no noticeable difference in open field fights when she was maxed. She is a great 5551 commander and most people should just leave her there.

Mate question, since u use archers. I wanna work on zl with mehmed and liu che for my sargon. Should i expertice zl for these kvk and leave liu 5551 or do the oposite. Not sure liu expertise is better than zl, but since i never used him idk.

I just expertised her and it’s a big difference. The 10% all damage (15% when attacking inf) is a huge boost.

@@adrianvega3229 Obviously she is better but I personally didn't see a noticeable upgrade in my reports. I regret maxing her the 310 sculptures would have been better spent on beefing up one of my other field marches, but that's just my experience/opinion.

@@manuelvelasco2761 I haven't maxed Liu yet because I'm still in pre kvk. But it sounds like it's more a question of how many marches you want to run. I personally lean toward whatever gets you the best 5 marches on the field. Knowing nothing else about your account I would guess Liu 5551 is probably a better upgrade vs maxing zi with this approach. But others will likely tell you to focus on having only top tier meta marches even if that means you only run 1 or 2 marches which would mean maxing zi first. more marches that are not top of meta will get you more kills but higher hospital. fewer marches that are all top of the meta will likely get you fewer kills but also lower hospital bills.

I got maxed Nevsky and Joan's at a decent spot. Going into kvk4 soon. I got maxed YSG and double relic Mehmed. I'm probably going to invest in Zhuge to pair with YSG. Mostly because 1) Chaining purposes 2) He's got more shelf life than Boudica at this point in time. Boudica is not bad in any means. I'm just more optimistic about the new open field archer and wait to see if they are worth investing in and pair with ZL. So makes sense to invest in ZL first and not Boudica. I'm aware how ZL-YSG performs in field and honestly, Idc. I've a feeling i can boost my KP a lot if i used this march and i can bait some people and drag them to my murderball and make them wish they didn't chase my ZL. After maxing ZL, I'll probably work on a second cav march Right now the current meta is Scipio-Liu Che/Nevsky-Joan/Boudica-Zhuge. The amount of gold heads and even getting the minimum gear requirements for each of these marches if going to take you at maximum 2 years. You really need a lot of patience to work on these marches. Honestly, if you can't hack it, it's totally fine if you feel like you don't want to play. The state of the game, with it's short commander release windows and armaments etc, it's hard for newer players to try to progress in the game even if they joined a jumper group. I wish you guys the best and maybe I'll come back to this and make an update on how ZL-YSG did in kvk idk lol.

I got almost the same idea that you have, for now i have Nevsky/Juana and Huo/William, going to max ZL since i have 5535 YSG, i am planning to use those 3 marches. And with this new Soc, I can use the relic on ZL to use it with Huo, and keep those 2 marches on the open field. Sometimes I would be able to get Saladin/William as i did before but that would depend on how much rss i am planning to waste.

William is great, but we are already months in on Cav and next cav will be AOE to go behind Hou/Nev. So gettimg him this late is a bad deal, unless you are coming into SOC AND are cav AND you wanna rush 2 cav marches. But you will only be using him for 2 MAYBE 3 KVK's max.

Inf main here f2p 2 years of playing still t4 45m power 2b kills mostly t4-t5 . This is my 2 inf marchers Guan/Scipio LC/Sargon all expertise. Fully equipped with legendary items including accessories. If you want 1 strong inf march Id suggest going for scipio Prime first , skip guan hes outdated but still good. Pair scipio with Lc. If you wanna run 2 inf marches do Guan/Scipio and LC/sargon or alex. Those marches are killing machine

Joan low priority 🤔 I'd argue Joan is the most important Cav commander in the game. She can fit with either Hou, or Nevsky, in fact I argue that they NEED Joan for max potential. Joan can be stand alone early game, and then you can choose your tank (Nev or Hou)

the problem is when you can use/acquire Joan Prime in KVK3 and beyond, by that time, a lot of people are running the meta commander combos, and Joan alone really lacks survivability, the 10% health really isn't enough for the SoC commander. If you run Joan as primary, who will you choose as secondary? minamoto? absolutely no survivability and his 3rd skill is useless. CaoCao? again so survivability and second skill is useless. Khan? yeah with the change to KvK, if low-spenders are investing in him, I would really question their decision. Justinian? might be good but not as good as nev/huo If you want to deal damage you need to survive and to survive you need tankiness. I'm happy for any debate

I'd debate that as well. I personally think Nev and mina are likely more important than joan. Yes, the 2nd skill proc and aoe is great in the field, but most of her talent is done at 5115, there's really not much improvement from there. Nev is an absolute beast, and for a new game commander, mina is probably the most powerful museum commander along with ysg, and with an exception of a season or 2, his shelf life is top tier and he'll always be a fort rally beast. Far better in a rally with nev too, fort or garrison. But that's just my opinion

Soooo Sargon is like XY but for inf. Don't even open last skill unless you got gh's to expertise him right away. Also I got William he is at 5532. But those other skills after 5511 has come from taverns commander keys. Had 3x times full William there. 🤕

Man there really has to be some solution to let low spenders/f2p actually get usable commanders earlier. Waiting for SOC is like a YEAR. It just makes no sense to limit yourself within a GAME for a full YEAR. Should just play something else at that point. Maybe a separate type of sculpture for gold key commanders that is more plentiful? Treating them kinda like upper tier epics, which they already are in terms of usability but not in terms of cost. Nobody buys gold keys with gems anyway, i doubt Lilith would lose much by doing that. And it makes the game HUGELY more appealing to get into. While still keeping big money potential on all those late game commanders.

these days there's just no difference between this list and the investment list. every one of the high invest, top meta commanders are excellent at 5551.

Should talk about 5511 instead. 390 gold heads is still not f2p friendly at all. It's achievable but it takes YEARS to get to 5 or even 10 commanders on 5551. What newer low spend/f2p players need is 5111 or 5511 advice.

Good video, but tbh the game gets to be a chore trying to keep up. I was a low spender when I first started and made major mistakes (noob days) after a run in with Lilleth help (NON-EXISTENT) 🤷🏾🤦🏾‍♂️🤬🤬😡 I promptly stopped spending I’m 93m power with 3 meta marches and 2 bahh! Ok gear but the game now is losing its spark feels like an uphill march playing catch-up. I really am considering benching my accounts for a while it really just is the kingdom and the bunch of players I still play with since lock down that keeps me playing really.

In all honesty ysg js just a trap simple as that for the cost of expertise on ysg you could have have 5551 boudica and 5551 zhuge liang which would be extremely powerful just dont do ysg there is no point anymore and new archers probably arent too far away at thus point

Some of your "not a good investment anymore" are in the daily special offers chests though. They are not good to invest gold heads or wheel spins into, but they are a great buy for $5 a day. Sure, takes roughly 2 months to make them viable that way, but they are the best options through that means of improving commanders, and cheap enough to not get your feelings hurt if you only get a couple kvk's out of them
