I have NEVER been strong in my abs. That's why I decided to do this video 3 - 5 times per week for the last 3 months. The results are great! My abdomen and arms are significantly more toned. My boyfriend noticed a line down the middle of my abdomen! My shoulders and arms look way better in my dresses and tank tops. I've only lost about 5 lbs but that's because I need to change my diet and add more cardio. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and am continuing with this video and other Boho workouts!

I primarily do Yoga With Adriene Videos but recently, I have not been feeling the burn as much anymore. My mom recommended this video to me saying it was rlly good and i went into it expecting the ease I have become accustomed to. I was very wrong. This amazing practice works everything I want to be worked: my core, my arms, and especially my mind. I have been doing this video nearly everyday for about 2 weeks now, and it has gotten easier but there are times still when I have to take breaks. It's really intense! The first time i did it, i just sat there afterward laughing to myself (a little hysterically ngl) because I hadnt felt that challenge in such a long time and i missed it. I thought I was strong (and i am, dont get me wrong) but this video was humbling, and it showed me i still have much to achieve and more room to grow. You have my sincerest gratitude and deepest thanks for this wonderful, challenging, humbling and even confidence-instilling video.

These workouts are great. I actually look forward to doing them. There is a fine line between too hard and too easy. Too hard and you just give up, too easy makes you ask "what's the point?"- and thus give up also. The 10 minute length on most of your pilates workouts are perfect. Any longer and I just wouldn't put in the time. Somehow you've struck the perfect balance, as even after a 10 minute workout I can feel pain in my muscles the next day, which makes me feel I accomplished something. Plus the production value of the videos, your calm voice and the lovely backgrounds make it an added treat to follow your workouts. Thank you so much, keep them coming!

Your gentle and patient approach to fitness has allowed me to transform my body little by little every day. This was one of the toughest workouts I've ever done!! I had to pause multiple times through out the video. A good thing about this workout is that it requires your arm strength as well which gives me an excuse to work more on my arms. Thank you for another great video! I can't wait to build up myself and master this workout.

This is one of my favorite core workout from boho beautiful. My core muscles look and feel so much tighter after just the first time. I’ve done this workout for at least five times now and I feel so much stronger. I went from having to pause after every singe exercise to pausing only once. The progress I have made is so satisfying which makes this workout so addictive. Thank you girl!! ❤️ Btw I just can’t say how much I love the music. It feels like dream. Perfect.

I have now been doing this routine 6x a week for 3 weeks and today was the first time I was able to do it all the way through without stopping or collapsing! This is a major achievement for me because it is super hard. It’s probably the hardest abs workout I have ever done and must be the longest 10 minutes of my life. I am super proud of myself and I was dripping wet at the end. Now onto the next challenging workout ...... Thank you Julianna!

This was awesome, going to do more of your workouts. What I loved that I haven't found with any others yet is that it progressively gets harder, so you can challenge yourself and see progress within the workout which is good for someone like me who gets bored and hard to stick to things when they're either too easy or too hard.

I’ve done this exercise three days in a row and the first time I was only able to do 40%, now I’m up to about 60%. I always try every exercise, no matter how difficult, and modify it to an easy version to suite my muscle capacity. I am surprised at how in only 3 days, I’m actually getting better at some of the moves I’m capable of doing!

OH I'm excited about this one! I just restarted the cardio challenge though so it might be a minute before I get to this one-I have just been wondering lately if you would want to do some face yoga?! I'm 40 and I can never afford skin care stuff so I depend on coconut oil and that's it, but I know face yoga works so I was wondering if you knew some and might wanna share. I'm the person who came to say hi to you guys with my son in Evergreen, I teared up a couple times, super happy to meet you guys.
