I really don’t what I’m doing wrong but every time I do this the opposite hip hurts. So if I’m doing the exercises on the left leg, my right hip hurts..what do I do?xx

Dear Juliana, Thank you for your beautiful lessons. I had a bad horse riding accident two and a half years ago with multiple fractures of the neck, ribs, feet, hands, leg and a degloved elbow. I am lucky to be alive. I had to learn to walk again. But understandably, all my muscles and joints seized up. I have regained much of my flexibility by doing yoga and following your yoga flows. I am still very stiff yoga and marvel at the stretches you show. Thank you for helping me regain my health.

Your voice is so loud in comparison to the music that once you say that the end “it’s time to release the mantra” it’s like someone shouting you awake. I love this guided meditation but damn

Thank you, definitely beneficial for my body and health though too much cardio for me, good to do such work from time to time though as I don't tend to do cardio except from walking but anyway I find all your workouts perfectly blend with cardio, yoga, pilates, stretch, breath and awareness 🙏
