The classes are a huge help to us in isolation. I'm 61 years old male and after only a month of doing the beginner classes, I notice a change in my flexibility. Today was the first day of trying the 10-day ab challenge. Please understand that you are helping with both my physical and mental health.

@@mariumriaz5 Not exactly a curfews. It is not exctremely prohibited but highly recommended to stay at home. You can go out just for job and health reasons and obviusly for necessary things like foods. You must have a self-declaration with you everytime you take a step from home. A very sad situation, i recommend to everyone not to understimate the problem, we did the same mistake months ago and now we are facing this disaster. Health system in Italy as you know is free but is now collapsing! Yoga is making me feel more connect to my life, a life that doesn't seem to exist anymore. Wish everyone could understand, please be careful ❤

I have been doing abs workouts by following other popular workouts but felt like my lower abs are barely worked out. This workout is perfect for me to get rid of that lower belly pouch. Was sweating all over in just 10 minutes. That "almost there" from Juliana just when I am about to give up is super helpful and makes me continue. Thank you so much for making these videos. The reason I love this so much, is because it’s super fast, super effective, and actually a lot more fun than any other ab workout I’ve done. She also encourages you to keep going and to not stop consistently throughout the video. The first time I did this I started crying because it was so hard for me but I’ve kept at it and it was actually a lot easier this time around. If you’re not willing to get uncomfortable, then you’re not ready to get abs. That’s all I have to say (:

Well, it depends. With "Yoga with Adriene", you can also do ab exercises, and they are a lot more comfortable (and yet challenging!). I like Boho Beautiful too, though, *because* it's different :)

This is an amazing workout!! Thanks to your workouts I lost 10 Kg three years ago. My body also became very flexible. But after pregnancy my body lost muscles and I got fat again. It 's my 9th day doing the challenge and I completed many of Boho's challenges. What I love the most about it, it is perfect for people who are lack of time. I did another one of your workouts for the abs area for two weeks and then switched to this one (I was mostly bored of doing the same every day and wanted a change)! Oh wow, the first 5 days I literally stopped twice in the middle of the routine to give out a ‘dying whale’ sound and almost cry! But after a week I really can get through the entire workout without stopping and I feel so proud of myself! It’s not like I already see changes to my body, but I really feel them =) keep up the great work and we will keep up exercising and changing for the better with you! Since I won't be able to go out of my house these days, and we are too paranoid to orders any kind of deliveries from restaurants, imma try this out along with some kickass pilates, and intermittent fasting, I might even try cutting carbs too, but I think that wpuld be too much idk. So yeah. Day 1 of the calendar : Done Day 2: Done Day 3: Doneeee although today was VERY tiring, I think it's because I didn't eat much today but oh well, also I have skipped the cardio day in pilates but imma do it tomorrow along with the upper body, wish me luck.

Girl, you need carbs in order to have energy! Eating enough food will make the workouts so much easier for you, and instead of cutting out certain food groups, just try to balance your meals. Also don't be too hard on yourself. Much encouragement from here❤️

Don't cut down on your eating!! A huge part of being able to do these workouts effectively is having enough fuel in your body. Trust me, I used to try to work out for an hour a day when I ate next to nothing, and it doesn't turn out well. Great that you're getting moving... but don't convince yourself cutting out food is going to help. Hope all goes well!

Just finished day 4 of the 10 day abs challenge. I must say that I'm glad that day 5 is a rest day, because my abs getting a little sore. Will definitely do an ab challenge every other month, because it's an great addition to my regular ab workouts. I'm excited to see what my improved core stability does to my bouldering

Will try and update this as much as I can Day 1- Sept 16 - Done Day 2 - Sept 17 - Done (My abs hurt real bad since the I woke up in the morning. I have been following you since 2016 but I had left the workouts and I’ve come back July 2019. Since then I have been seen good results on my abdominal and now only problem is I have to tight my abdominal loose skin.

Your arm workout video is the best I watched and learned. I do this who set then will starting to sweat at my chest and back area 👍Thanks for sharing and I wish you could share this kind short and efficient toned muscles workout on other area like waist, leg and hips ☺️☺️
