So I got this cooler and I'm just floored by how cool everything runs with it and it's quiet. Like... quiet... Lian Li has knocked it out of the park this year. The new EVO XL is incredibly well built and thought out, their new fans are just stupendous, and their new AIO's are exceptional. And they have what I think is the best anti-sag solution on the market now too (with the new EVO XL). This is what I want to see from companies - making quality parts and products and giving you your money's worth and then some.

I like that it is coming already prepared straight out the box, and also i like the size of the contact plate that thing is HUGE. The competition is rising on CPU coolers side and at this rate we will have the next shift in pc cooling engineering for consumers
@MagicMojitos Жыл бұрын
Just standard, nothing drastic, look into the TEC cooler from EK || Intel and then discuss available PC cooling engineering for consumers. These became common from both EK and Cooler Master back when 10th Gen was "notoriously" HOT! EK makes the TEC cooler for open loop while Cooler Master had the "ML 360 Sub Zero Tec" back then that was a 360mm RAD closed loop AIO TEC cooler. Very very neat package. If your serious about expressing cooling availability for consumers and can tackle an i9 13900KS chip open loop, SLAP that EK TEC on the chip and watch those temps go FROSTY! With that said stay frosty! Peace!

@@MagicMojitos TEC coolers from EK are not brillant tho, they cant cool it sustainabily they where only designed for short burst application but any sustained load they just become a normal water block.

I've been using my old but still working amazing corsair h115i rgb platinum 280mm and have been worried how much life I actually have left in this old aio. Has kept my old 6700k at 4.8ghz at 1.4v cool then kept my 10700k at 5.1ghz on all 8 cores at 1.38v cooled for years and this year it's being used to keep my 13700k in check easily. For the price I paid for this aio its been one hell of a great unit. But if it fails I'm really liking this lian-li aio. Hate rbg more and more the older I get "used to love it" and recently took out all my rgb strips and razer rgb controller and rgn fans out to make it more stealth looking and this would be perfect with just the block that lights up like I have now. Plus it performs so well to keep a 13900k under control. Just hope it's compatible with future intel cpu's LGA 1851 coming out next year. Or if lian-li will sell a mounting kit like corsair did for a few bucks for lga 1700 which I bought for my h115i.

I believe it would be highly beneficial if more PC builders showed greater interest in replacing the stock CPU frame bracket with aftermarket alternatives like those from Thermal Grizzly. By doing so, users could also apply a substantial amount of thermal paste to ensure complete coverage. This approach has been demonstrated by the Gamers Nexus channel to significantly lower CPU temperatures. The replacement frame bracket has proven to provide more even pressure distribution, leading to improved heat dissipation and ultimately resulting in cooler CPU operating temperatures.

Alphacool Eisbaer Pro Aurora has a suberb fan there and copper radiator. You won't find many AIOs coming with better fans and I can't even think about a big list of AIOs with copper radiators. The only problem with the Alphacool is the same we have in every other AIO: low water flow due to pump limitation. This pump's maximum flow rate is just 72 L/h in 100%, while custom watercoolers start from 600. For an AIO it delivers premium performance compared to other sealed builds you can get on the market from corsair/lian li/cm/deepcool etc. Its like taking the best Toyota and comparing to a Ferrari, it will work great, but will never be crazy like an expensive and complex supercar.

@@dutyofcall7659 I bought one in November 2023 and last week it failed. The pump started making a fairly loud noise for 2 days and on the third day it completely failed. Temperatures soar above 100° and the PC is unusable. I don't know if the problem has been resolved or is still ongoing today. But for safety, I wouldn't recommend purchasing the AIO.

I just installed the 240 and it is very loud. I put the it on silent mode through bios but it doesn’t work at all. Does anyone know why?

Cooler looks good, but the thermal paste stickers look dumb. Why wouldn't you just apply paste to the CPU and spread it into a thin layer with the spatula?
