How can you fix manufacturing problem like oxidation with the bios update???? It's like you spill water on your Asus ProArt laptop motherboard and clean it with the tissue and say you fix it

Why a portable NAS? NAS = NETWORK Access Storage… why you need the Network part to be portable? You need a portable network for it to be usefull…. Otherwise it is just a wireless storage drive (nothing new).

I just made a test with my 5600G. It's a PC with no dedicated VGA, 16GB 3200MHz RAM, 1TB nvme SSD. Bequiet Dark Rock 4 CPU cooler, an extra fan and a 600W cooler master power supply. Idle power consumption was just 24W. I measured it from the wall. This monolithic design is very efficient.

Thank you for the video, highly appreciated! If you do the same test with Davinci Resolve can you create a multicam with 4 different h264 or h265 clips and play it back in reverse? Usually this is what makes my edits a nightmare. When you play it back forward it is absolutely fine but when you start playing it back in reverse, it is so choppy, literaly unusable on the M1 Max, despite of the playback resolution, storage used, whit or without colorgrade or anything, it is just choppy as hell. The GPU and CPU are used at 50%, I can't figure out what causes the issue. Thank you in advance and once again, thank you the amazing work and all the effort to bring to us such an insightful tests!

Why did they remove Thunderbolt support on the AMD motherboards? The B550- ProArt had Thunderbolt 4 ports.

I just watched a different youtuber do what this youtuber did here in this video, but with $600. With 40 cores and 60 Threads and managed to get the most insane clean rendering speeds in CineBench. I couldn’t believe it.😅.

Very impressive scores. But real work; I am an architect, and I haven't seen a Mac in any offices (maybe a few people doing Photoshop, overhead stuff) in the USA because of the software; they don't run on MAC. Mainly REVIT, which is what I am on almost 8 hrs a day. MAc well in this 3d benchmark, but where are the 3d raytracing 4k gaming scores to be seen, nowhere. I am not a content KZbinr, so I don't edit videos that much, so it's no big deal.

Another factor to consider with a desktop workstation is having a display that matches the MacBook specs as well.

It's definitely the end of the consumer PC era.... All games run on mobile hardware now... No AAA studios target PC as their main target anymore.... so at worst you need a console... Most are on their phone or macbook...

Excellent video but all these different videos have me so confused as to what to build. Currently on a 5900x system looking to build something new. Been eyeing the 9900x or the core ultra 7 265k. 50% of my work is general work.... email, Word, Excel, Outlook, web browsing, etc. 20% is photoshop, 20% primier pro editing from drone footage and about 10% music editing. Whats the best CPU under $450USD mark? Both ultra 7 and 9900x at 380 USD currently. Plan to pair with the 4070 Super, maybe ti super for $100 more if I really need it? Would love to hear your opinion. Thank you.

If you work exclusively in the MacOS ecosystem then it makes sense to pay the Apple tax and carry on. I would argue that Apple seems to target KZbin content creators perfectly. Most of us still work and play in the X86 environment and Apple Silicon chips don't make sense for that particular ecosystem. I do like the fact that the X86 vendors are making significant jumps in efficiency lately. I can get behind that!

Mac Mini M4 Sequoia has many issues. This is the first time Mac gave me problems. Printer Issues: After replacing the ink in Epson printer, the Mac Mini M4 still wouldn't detect the printer's status correctly. After removed the printer in Sequoia, and added it back to get it to work. I even bought HP Laser. Found another problem. Sequoia won't scan pdf document from the printer to Mac Mini. PDF Problems: The Page won't open PDF files. Intel Mac never have any issues with pdf or pinrter. I installed LibreOffifce. After edited a PDF in LibreOffice, converted it to ODT, then exported to PDF. I thought I can keep MacMini and it solved pdf issues. After opened PDF, it is garbage text. (smeared and unreadable). VMware Fusion Compatibility: After installed VMware Fusion, it shows blank media. While the M processor is great for gaming and video editing, it is lacking for business-related tasks like handling PDFs, printers, and virtualization. In the end, I return the Mac Mini and purchase a Lenovo Ideapad with an Intel Core i5 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. The Lenovo is running smoothly without the issues. While I am not a fan of Windows 11, the Lenovo’s performance and reliability made it the better choice for my work, especially compared to the Mac's problems.
