I don’t often comment but felt this video deserved one from someone who has owned several air arms guns ( s410 xtra fac , tx200 , s500 hft , pro sport ) imo fit & finish is second to none and reliability has been stellar for me as well as the accuracy . My s410 was purchased new around 2006 and has not leaked a drop of air in that 18 years or so of ownership which is quite amazing to me . This is not a biased opinion as I own or have owned guns from Fx , Anschutz, fwb , Daystate , raw , hatsan , hw , Rti , Steyr, bsa , Kalibrgun , agt & more . If I had any complaints it would be air arms triggers could be better , more power & a bottle gun with higher shot count would make them stand out more and compete better with the competition but aside from that I think air arms make excellent guns . The American Air Arms Evol. Out of the box it's always accurate, MOA groups out to 100 yards with pellets, reliable and virtually indestructible.

I have to say that my Air Arms TX200 has taken more backyard pests than any my other guns. Recently I got a call to eliminate some squirrels and the rifles I had with me were NOT up to the task. Went and got my TX out of the safe and every POI was point of aim. Well done, old girl!

Airarms are truly a piece of art. But in my humble opinion, I think the fx dreamline is a better buy for your money for anyone getting into pcps.

Maybe not the best out of the box. You better want to learn how to tune if you go that direction. Which of course is a fun process, but can be frustrating for those who just want to shoot.

Awesome presentation on the AA S5 series platform. When I saw the title, instantly I thought on the AA rifles. Consequently, while your top 3 attributes are spot on, you just cant pass by the clean elegant looks of the stock. I think AA puts its money where it mouth is against other class competitors. Great job sir!

Airarms needs to get with the times.. sure they make a “ok” pellet shooter. But really these guns thrive at 50 yards and closer.. they should have followed matt dubbers lead.

935fos with 16gr pellets. But accuracy is better on the next power setting down shooting the same pellets at 890fps

Best part of comments like this is that it comes from zero knowledge of the person or the facts. While I applaud your desire to have a critical eye and question facts; you are obviously not up to date on this channel’s sponsorships. Air Arms has not been a sponsor for several years. As for Nic being a shooter for Air Arms, he is. But has also been offered opportunities from many other name brands that others consider favorites. To date, he has turned them down because he truly enjoys the platform he shoots. Just remember that stating something as fact “not an honest review” without knowing you first knowing the truth, makes you look foolish. Also is boarder line of liable. Hey guys - Nic from the video. I know you're not supposed to feed the trolls but just an FYI - Air Arms was in no way a part of funding and/or sponsoring this video. They don't even know I made it and I'm willing to bet they probably won't LOL. Both of the rifles featured are my personal guns and were acquired from Pyramyd Air (i.e. normal off-the-shelf guns) in the past two years. I shoot for Air Arms at various competitions but years before that affiliation I was shooting their rifles and doing very well...that's how I came to shoot for them officially. They make outstanding kit. I made the video because I like the rifles and I think they should be considered if you want a grab and go rifle.

The only was to get a s510 carbine walnut thumbhole in United states, is to pre-pay, wait 3 months, and hope. Nobody stocks them, let alone parts.

Interesting comment on power. While airguns can certainly produce high powers, the traditional game is precision with lower power. When I visited the UK, most of the airgunners there just rolled their eyes when we discussed high powered airguns. Funny how perceptions can very so wildly.
