I’m one who loved the loose eyeshadows. I didn’t get the shade you have, but I got 4 others and they are the longest lasting shadows I have ever used. They also have a blurring effect on my more mature eye lids and the colors were rich and fall appropriate on me. I do agree with you on the fraise balm. It looks beautiful on the lips and cheeks in summertime for an easy fresh bit of color. This was a fun video reviewing the 2023 collections. Thanks.

Great video! I actually loved the loose eyeshadows got several of them and wear them often. I tap before applying it to the eyelids and they look so pretty. Great for travel too. I like them much better than their liquid mono eyeshadows

I love a look back like this, as the distance from launch date really puts in perspective what's just hype and what you actually use. I think the only new Chanel launch I got last year was the Fantasie blush, and it's soooooo pretty. I'm still happy I picked that up!!

I bought a few Chanel products recently, a foundation, mascara, lipstick and lip liner have to say ,I was disappointed, I feel like they need a revamping, there are to many great products today.

The competition is definitely fierce! Especially with so many new luxury brands like Hermes, Valentino, Prada etc. If someone is looking to splurge on a piece of luxury makeup, they have so many options!

You’re not alone! I heard from people who really loved them. It also matters what your collection looks like, I’ve collected so many Chanel eyeshadows palette over the years so I’ve gotten picky. If you love it, that’s all that matters!

I love my 31 LeRouge lipsticks. I visited the Chanel store at #31 in Paris this past June and I justified the lipstick as my souvenir of my trip. I ended up buying two plus one refill. It’s just beautiful

Hi Erin, I really liked the Beige Rose Et Mauve Blush from the fall collection. I wore it a lot and took it on vacation with me. I also picked up the Lumiere Graphique eyeshadow and the Holiday Highlighter. I picked up one of the Winter Glow blushes in the color Rose Polaire and the primer in Frosy White. The Icy Beige sold out overnight on the website. This year I also picked up my first Holiday Makeup Bag kit. I bought the Lip Gloss trio. I also bought the Allure Kit and kept the mascara and lipstick, but gave the Makeup Bag to my daughter for Christmas. Chanel also has a limit on the number of purchases that you can make in one month. I ran into problems with that. Also, Chanel gifted me a beautiful Snow Globe in the mail. I also received one in 2021. I had purchased a few of the Les Exclusifs perfumes that year. I don't have any of the cheek baumes. I have the Westman Atelier Lip Up Sitck in the color nectar. I find it hard to work with because it sometimes melts the makeup underneath it. I have decided cheek balms are just not for me. I enjoy seeing your Chanel collections. Thank you for the reviews!

Ive only been buying Chanel makeup since about the beginning of 2023..the 1st thing i bought was the sublimage foundation bc after i hit 40 my skin got really dry & it seems2 b the only 1 that gave me the moisture my skin needed, but was also long lasting .so ive only tried a few of their blushes, but I really think that the les beiges winter glow blushes are by far my favorite Chanel blush formula ive tried so far, ive tried the main line, the jones contrast & i also got 1 of the fall blushes but wasnt a big fan of the colors, the les beiges winter has both a great formula & perfect colors as well & it makes me wish I didn't buy any other chanel blushes bc rhe only ones i want2 wear are these winter glow, i like them bc they're so natural looking, theyr sheer, buildable, and glowy without emphasizing any pores or texture, perfect superior formula, i had2 get all 3 bc its so hard2 find a blush that ticks all the boxes & all the colors are so different fron each other that its a situation where it makes sense 2 get all 3..cant recommend enuf..also the golden sparkle that the coral shade has is absolutely stunning,like u were outside in the snow & have a healthy winter glow.

I loved the Chanel winter glow blushes poppy salmon colored lip balm and the nail polishes I was really please with this collection 😃😍✨ also I really liked the over sized eye and check pallets I need to wear it more (I got the darker one and the gold is stunning!) 😍🥰

Least favourite are the 4 tones palette 🎨 launched in January 2023, and the autumn 🍂 collection. Loved the video, dear Erin, thanks, and looking super beautiful!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩Born in 1970, living in The Netherlands, Europe, Chanel bored me actually for decades. But now, last, about 2 years, they come alive more and more! Last year they had good releases! The spring collection was my absolute favorite, the Fantaisie blush/highlighter, goodness, i bought a back up which i never did for a Chanel product! The eyeshadow quad corresponding to this gorgeous blush/highlighter, gorgeous as well!!! This quad and the Chantecaille quad in the same sort of colours i used most last spring/summer, love to mix and match always. Dragee balm, addicted, love subtle stuff here. 2nd favorite: Byzance shadows, wow!!! Only the first combination with 2 reds in it, i did not purchase! Not for me: i gave away the cream bronzers, i have light skin and no colour worked, as i have cool undertones. But that's the same with their powder bronzer i must say. But, quite good, so far!!! No. 1 product of last year, of course that Fantaisie blush/highlighter, it's so beautiful! New blush Rose Polaire only swatched, hope to use it soon! My favourite was the holiday collection eyeshadow palette as you can be as light or heavy as you like with the shades. Love 31 le Rouge lipsticks and really want to get each colour…is that bad? ❤. As always enjoy your reviews and can’t wait for more of your content creation.

Chanel is really a stapple in luxury makeup industry. My absolute favorite foundation is Ultra Le Teint and I love their cream bronzer and powder blushes.

I picked up the mauve beige and I have had such a hard time with it. If I go to much into the darker outside shade I look like I got punched in the face. I have to stay directly on the CC for it to look good it’s so much work I’m actually decluttering if it as I write this 😅😂 I did have better luck with the Sycamore eyeshadow though 😍

Les beiges launch surprised me. I usually skip Les beiges collection, because they are very natural. But this time, I bought the eye palette, 2 blushes, all 3 primers. I’ve never bought so much in any of their collections 💕💕💕

A lot of great launches in 2023... love my 31 Le Rouge coffret, the Coleurs Code collection, Le Blanc collection and the Byzance palettes to name a few... my least favorite was the loose eyeshadow I'm also glad I only gor one of them... too fussy & messy for me.

Also i only picked up 2 of the les beiges winter glow primers, the frosty white & the icy beige & kinda wish i had ordered another 1 since they are limited edition & now that ive tried them & think theyr a beautiful formula i think it wouldve been worth getting 1 of each color, u made the right choice getting all 3 i think...idk y it seems that other than the foundations, Chanel makes all their best products limited edition, idk y they do that bc that deprives us of repurchasing some of the best products from the line, i can c them doing that with their fashion line, but definitely not their makeup line, bc we like2 always b able2 repurchase our favorite makeup 😢

Erin, I think this video for chanel doesn’t really make sense, lots of chanel releases are limited, so good or bad doesn’t really matter, most of them your cant really get them if sold out. Also the limited stuff that is good, in the new release it sucks, idk what chanel does that? They really are Hit or Miss brand.
