go to nearby Santa Marta; it's smaller, maybe quieter, good vibes, cool and relaxed city, not so hectic as Cartagena with better beaches and the parque Tayrona for trekking.

ouh yes we spent a week there! I loved it there, agree, very very good vibe :) and the Tayrona Park we did too, so amazing place. I have a video about it ;) kzbin.info/www/bejne/fqG5fJ5tgN51Z6M

So pretty! This city has been on my bucket list for a while, but it's always so expensive. The one time I actually found a good deal, stupid COVID hit. I think you should ditch the drone, because it's brought you nothing but trouble. Also, I give you huge props for being able to survive in Latvia as a vegetarian 😂

It is a must do! I did it quite on a budget once there...but I guess a flight there might be quite expensive...I took a bus there. But I was already in Colombia. hahha noooo never!!! Drone is my favorite thing now...so many cool shots with it on other videos :) hahaha it is not so bad...South of Spain is worth in that way. Latvians love potatoes, so I have loads of potato dish options :D

@Aliki Travel Blog There's a lot of Colombians in the US and many direct flights, so it shouldn't be too expensive. I've never actually broke down the cost. Hotels are probably more expensive, especially in the Old Town. The more touristy and developed towns tend to be more expensive. But this is really the only place in Colombia I'd like to visit, at least one that's feasible😂. I was planning to do a couple days on San Andres, but no longer want to, after reading how bad the crime is. I see there aren't any excursions that are worth doing either, and the beaches aren't that great, and the ones that are, are more for people who want to party. It would probably just be a historic sight seeing trip, so it could probably be done in 3 or 4 days. Panama definitely has much more to offer. If you like potatoes, I guess it's fine. With these current movements and trends, I wouldn't be surprised if things changed, but I an old travel show on the Baltic States from 1998, and this young tourist couple in Lithuania said, "If you're a vegetarian like us, you're gonna struggle here."😂

How much tip did you give in the free walking tour?
@AlikiTravelBlog2 жыл бұрын
I can't remember how much I gave to this exact one, but they usually are from 5 to 10 USD.

Nothing about the annoying street/beach vendors that bothers you all the time?
@AlikiTravelBlog10 күн бұрын
Haha true, but that’s standard everywhere in South America! Apart from Paraguay 🇵🇾 Paraguay has been the only country in SA where no one ever offered my anything!
