Here goes the exact position of each marker inside Dolby Atmos app. First of all put all the markers in the far top position. 32hz - 8 clicks down 64hz - 9 clicks down 125hz - 14 clicks down 250hz - 16 clicks down 500hz - 15 clicks down 1khz - 13 clicks down 2khz - 12 clicks down 4khz - 11 clicks down 8khz - 7 clicks down 16khz - 8 clicks down

Thanks for the video! For anyone still having issues with getting Spatial Sound to enable, or its greyed out, or you can't select Dolby in Settings - TURN MONO OFF in Audio settings. This worked for me instantly. Settings on PC (Win 11 is the cog icon when you press windows key) Select “Accessibility” > Scroll down on the main page and select “Audio.” Turn Off the “Mono Audio” option.

for the Astro A40 TR you should select on devicve the mix pro voice, the pro game doesnt enable the dobly atmos

If you have bought the Xbox Astro a50 and are using on pc. Set it to xbox and put the headset in the stand and dolby access will automatically detect it. It would not detect for me at first in pc mode. You can change it back to pc right after. I only know from first hand experience with the one I bought I don't know about PS version.

How do I know if these settings are on the Mic? On the home base there is the Dolby logo with 1,2,3 and then there is a star with 1,2,3… which one do I pick?

I used these settings on my headset to play on the ps5 and it's amazing. Only one problem, the choppers are also very loud, is this fixable? We also have audio settings on the ps5 to, are they playing a part in the overall hearing? Thank you!

Are you connected with the optical cable or just usb because if it’s usb the eq doesn’t work on mixamp pro or a50s they have been disabled!

Hey! Use the star, the Base station has a preset Dolby profile, but wr want to only utilize the one we made in windows. Hope this helps!

I have a Logitech Astro a10 headset and I just bought it. I tried on different programs like discord spotify or google chrome youtube and I liked it. But in warzone there is so much bass in headset. I can't even hear any shooting effects. There is no footsteps for sure and I can't fix it in warzone 2.0 audio settings. Is this video really helps me about that? in addition I can't enter to astro command center. There is a massage about this failure "Please connect an astro gaming device or switch the connected device in PC mode". My headset is connected rn but I can not access A.C.C.

this is great stuff, butttt…. you are missing the Warzone 2.0 settings for their audio mix. It seems to me that would be an important third component. Can you respond with which Audio Mix (I.e. Headphones, etc) I saw a video where someone said to use home theatre. Sure hope you can respond. Thanks

Hello I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but my audio isn’t that great. I have a Astro a40tr headset with the base station set to star and connected via usb and installed Dolby. Dolby also doesn’t show the apply button which is weird as I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Any suggestions you can recommend? Thanks

Thank you for the guide. Newb Question. I have my Footsteps set up on my #3rd preset on my A50s. I got Dolby Access and set it up like you did for the Custom 3 and hit "Enabled". Now will that be the Dolby setting for only Preset 3 or all of the presets for the A50. I set it up on my PC but use the A50s on a PS5. Hope that makes sense.

For Gen3 u need to use the optical cable

There is no apply button on dolby access after setting the sliders... it only has a button that says default at the bottom. Also, do you turn on the dolby surround on the a50 headset(so the dolby light is lit up on the base station) or not?
