No way,,, should have checked my subs;) Upholsterers fabric 50mm with loops is better than rings imo, Soft and able to wrap around wrists for full stretch Put some eyelet bolts to wall or ceiling, a ceiling 2x 4 is supposed to be rated at 150 kg so one into each and if not wanting hung 24-7 clips can be tied on. 50 bucks and better than rings plus rack, the stretching and exercises available to be with the support of the strapping has shot up over anything in the gym, bodyweight for the win.

Hi strength side ! I'm from Nepal, and I’ve been following your channel for quite some time now. I’m incredibly passionate about fitness and gymnastics, but getting quality equipment here is a huge challenge. Winning these gymnastics rings would not only help me improve my skills but also inspire others in my community to pursue their fitness goals. The equipment here is limited and very expensive, so it would make a huge difference for me. Thank you so much for offering this giveaway, and I hope you’ll consider me as the winner! Keep up the amazing work, your videos inspire so many of us. 🙏

About a year ago I came out to Western New York from WA for my mom's passing and have not left as I am helping my old man now as his care taker. Needed to stop teaching yoga and concentrate on my illustration work while here, and got fat. Not to mention depression at an aaaallll time low. I committed to the 5am club so I can get a work out done before helping my dad for the day. Work out, read scripture, have coffee. I have SLOWLY added matts, kettlebells and some rings (that I need to figure a way to hang safely) and practice Strength Side and yoga/mobility and kettle bells. Changed my diet up and starting to feel better at 54! Body, mind, and spirit. The wall bar would be an insane blessing... no words other than, wow! Thank you for any consideration.

I am a physical therapist for young athletes in the Cedar Park, TX area. I came across your videos within the past year and was inspired to work on my pull ups. I pride myself in being able to demo all of the exercises I give these kiddos but when I need to get a gymnast back on bars, my pull up is trash. It would be nice to work on it consistently at home using the rings, stall bars, or pull up stand. Thanks for all the content!

Dude! How perfectly timed. I've been cleared by my doctors to get back into working out and for the first time I am moving to a place that allows me room outside and inside to workout. Due to me starting from ground zero, I am open and grateful for any item. I believe rings or dip bars (if I must choose) would be best suited for my beginner physical skill level but mid level knowledge. This would open up a world of exercises on my journey of focusing on my core strength (which is pretty low post surgery) for the first time rather than picking up weights that just aren't what my body needs right now. I am in Virginia, USA. Regardless of who wins, thank you for all of the help over the years. Cheers!

strength side! you guys have already changed my life and i'm so grateful. as a busy dad working to support a family, my time is limited and you guys get that. more than anything, you've taught me to see the world as my playground! this includes sneaking in a few sets at the actual playground with my daughter, standing/walking more at work, and my wife laughing at my "animal movements" from the couch while we watch a little TV at night. my set up isn't perfect, but simple things have already brought me a long way. the stall bars would take me to a new level out here in western PA! appreciate everything and look forward to more great videos

Suples wall for JJ from Queens, NY by way of Dominican Republic. I know this equipment will change my life. 5 years ago I shattered my elbow, breaking both my ulna and radial, had surgery to attach a plate and a few screws, took me 6 excruciating months to do a proper pull up, dip and pushup. One of the screws got infected earlier this year and 4 months ago I received an emergency surgery to remove the hardware from my elbow after the infection kept coming back. Didn't know the pain I was in until after the pain was gone. This time it took me 6 weeks to do a proper pull up. Today I feel reborn and grateful, I won't ever stop building that Strength Side 😉. Thank you for the videos!

Hi Trevor and Josh, I’ve been following the StrengthSide channel for a while now, and I want to say thank you for all the incredible content. I work at a CrossFit gym and teach a mobility class that has been hugely inspired by your videos. I’m also passionate about helping both CrossFit athletes and older clients who aren’t as familiar with sports to work on their handstands, and your KZbin videos have been pure gold in this process. Currently, I live in a small apartment, and I’m also working at a psychiatric clinic to help finance my sports science studies and achieve my dream of sharing the joy of fitness and helping others improve their physical and mental health. Lakeland, FL Stall bars. As a father of an 8 year old and new born twins(boy and girl), 4 months this week ! We have been trying to set up more areas for them to play and climb. This would be perfect for us to start playing with them and letting them see us workout instead of going to the gym. I'm playing stay at home dad right now about to go through fire school and would love to be able to have more accessibility to working out while I juggle both babies in each arm. My wife mostly does pilates, yoga, and when I can get her to, the occasional handstand so having this to get her some pulling/hanging action would be great. Sometimes getting outside is hard, while keeping a close eye on the babies, and trying to cook and clean so this would be a game changer for our entire family.

My kids and I use their playground a lot during the summer for workouts and play time. I love how you showed the benefits for you and your kids of the stall bars. The frigid Michigan winters can often confine us indoors, making it challenging to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. With a set of the stall bars and rings, we can transform our home into an exciting adventure zone. This will not only keep us physically active but also stimulate our minds and imaginations. With this equipment, we can defy the winter blues and embrace a fun and healthy way to stay fit, no matter the weather.

As Always Josh...loving the beard my man. Doing a little no-shave November here myself to spice up the mustache...we’ll see how it goes ;) But more to the point, your mindful movement and peaceful approach to living have always resonated with and inspired me. While recently perusing the Strength Side newsletter, I happened upon your equipment giveaway, and honestly, the timing could not be more perfect. My wife and I have been building our personal brand and business from home the last few months and have sacrificed a great deal of our healthy movement practices to jumpstart the biz. Running outdoors and ground movement have kept us going, but with winter fast approaching here in Western Michigan, we are in need of some minimal home-gym equipment. Our basement is a barebones canvas, ready to come alive with that stall bar (or some gymnastics rings). Either of these would radically transform our space and our potential to cultivate a healthy rhythm of movement back into our daily routines. We would be honored and blessed by this gift. Thanks for your consideration and all you do for us aspiring mindful movement apprentices. Cheers brother, and As Always.

Only thing missing in my setup is the Suples Wall. Grand Rapids, MI (space and ability to install). Would be great for better mobility training! Also, kudos on the family space - we have a family workout/play space and have made that a priority since our littles were actually littles (oldest becomes a teen next year!) Teaching your kids to love movement and enjoy sport for the fun of it is the best. My girls are often the strongest in any of their classes, even though they are the smallest (thanks, genetics), and can play well at whatever sport they think is entertaining. Go healthy families!

Great Video on how "minimalistic" you can build a home gym. Having kids I really like the Stall bars. I guess my kids would even use them more often than I do. Grettings from Germany

Hi there from the far East of Canada ( Newfoundland and Labrador). We have been using Strength Side videos, Move Strong now and Master Mobility programs over the last few years and these have completely refreshed our approach to working out. My husband and I have been fit and active all our lives but at 60 plus we are keenly aware of the impacts of aging, so we've been delighted with the results we've had using Strength Side. We also love the motivation from the newsletters and emails. Now we have more time, we are travelling quite a bit, especially in Canadian winters. We love South East Asia, so when we are in Thailand in January we will need to bring a few packable ( lightweight and compact ) adjuncts with us, because no guarantee of gym access. Our workouts will be outside and very enlightened by Strength -Side ! I plan to take sliders and bands and following your recent informative video- gymnastic rings will be a must ! Keep up the hard work and enjoy your boys! JH

Hey Strength Side! I'm a 20 year old and from Germany. I fell in love with your content, since I started doing more homeworkouts and calisthenics. I already use rings, a climbing rope, paraletts and a kettlebell. I live on a farm and I used to climb on trees or do ring pull ups. I would love to get the Pull up stand or the Stall Bars!

The stallbars! There’s so much you can do with that one piece of equipment. It would up my game as a 53 year old woman who is working on building lean muscle. I have a minimalist gym in a small part of my home I use now. I want to convert our third car garage into a gym/remote office. Stallbars would fit nicely 🙏🏼 thank you from Las Vegas NV for all your content!

O my gosh, perfect timing! I just got back into my fitness journey! Living in NJ I get discouraged by the cold weather since the wind off the ocean gives me migraines but if I could workout indoors with the dip stand or stall bars I’d be ecstatic! You have been such an inspiration and love that your kids get to see such a lovely example of making health and fitness priority

I have been following your channel and receiving your newsletter for the past year now. I am so thankful for your minimalist approach to fitness that provides incredible results. As a full-time working mother, getting to the gym is often not an option. Your videos have shown me that a gym isn’t needed, and that the sky is the limit with creating a home workout environment. I would love the pull up stand and dip bar! Thank you so much for your content ♥.

My wife and I are currently under contract and are getting our first home! We have been training in calisthenics for about 2 years now and have been through a hell of a journey! Your videos on shoulder rehab have also saved my arms so much lol we would appreciate any of these items, but we would LOVE the stall bars to advance our fitness levels in our new place. Thank you for doing this giveaway and everything else you do!

Josh, Randomly came across your page as I'm making the transition from weightlifting to functional exercise and building my home gym. As someone who had multiple shoulder surgeries, improving my overall stability and confidence overhead is a major goal. Having a way to hang daily would be a major upgrade. I need to add some stall bars and/or rings to my setup. Just relocated from Humboldt to Portland! Hope you and your family are doing well!

The dip stand would be a game-changer for me. I've been wanting to add p-bar dips to my routine, but gyms are out of my price range and I don't have a park that is a reasonable distance from my house. Thank you for giving us all this opportunity... And good luck to everyone! Sending my appreciation from Florida, USA.

Those stall bars look legit, and I've also been interested in getting one of those "toes don't touch" pull-up bars for outdoor fun. Thanks for all the good tips over the years. You guys deserve all your success! Cheers from RI, USA.

First, thank you for your videos. I’ve been watching them for a couple weeks now. I’m a firefighter and single dad here in Florida. Late last month, while working out at the station I tore my Achilles. Now, I am on a mission to rehab and become stronger than I ever was. Naturally, I came across your gymnastics rings and flexibility videos and knew this was something I needed in my life. I’ve since watched many other videos including your kettlebell workout routines etc. I would love to win the stall bars. Regardless, thank you for the inspiration and win or lose, I will be watching and learning as I heal!

We would use it as the start to a home gym, here in Georgia. As we get older and feel the signs of aging, your channel continues to be a treasure trove of helpful information. We are all winners because of that! Thank you so much S.S.!

If i had to choose 1, I'd have to say the parallettes. The reason: About a year ago, a workmate and I decided to do push-ups at work to get in better shape. We were opposite of each other, he being overweight and me being underweight. But everyday, around 7:30 we would meet up and do as many push-ups as we could. Became a good contest to outdo each other. I always lost :P He's lost a lot of weight and I gained a few pounds of muscle. Sadly, he left the company, but is still very active and doing great. I'm still doing push-ups, solo. I believe the parallettes might help me beat him in push-ups the next time we meet. I live in Illinois. Thanks, Josh!

Definitely feel the struggle of trying to fit in workout time with family life. The toes don't touch bar would be incredible for me as I'm 6'5" and have been struggling with just a doorframe pull up bar and rings for 5+ years now. Thanks so much for inspiring me to commit to calisthenics! Its been a game changer in my fitness. Located in South Florida! Love the newsletter for workout inspo!

I would love the stall bars to diversify my at home workout options as I've just moved back home from abroad and building up the equipment in a smaller space. Thank you for your videos and sharing your knowledge - very effective. - Indiana

I really have enjoyed your channel over the last year. This video really resonated with me. I’ve been able to get to the gym a couple times per week, but I am looking to add better accessibility to workouts at home. It’s hard to find extra gym time and buy equipment with two young kids and a third on the way. I would love the stall bars. They would help with many of my exercise goals (incline pushups, pull-ups, dead hangs, leg raises, even weighted sit-ups) and my wife and I are also trying to lead by example around our kids. Our daughter loves gymnastics and our boy has always been a climber. This would have a positive impact on my life in many ways. It would add opportunities for myself to hit quick workouts when I can, but it could also influence my kids to choose exercise more often as their activities. I love in Ottawa, Ontario in Canada. Keep up the great content! Cheers
